The Villa has also a 6th Bedroom on the right hand extreme that remains locked.As it is at the right hand extreme,this does not cause any disturbance for normal life in the Villa

Notes on accommodation
The decoration inside the Villa is of the best quality.
The Villa has 2 floors.
Ground level: The entrance leads to a large living room with white sofas and an original large Indian Antique wooden table. There is an adjacent dining room that seats up to 12 people (it can be reduced for smaller groups giving a very cosy ambience) . Both rooms have sliding glass doors that open into the covered terrace and garden. Fully fitted kitchen top design with a dining area that seats 8 people. There is also an outside dining area for 12. There is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom . There is a WC and an ironing room (washing machine).
Lower level: There are four bedrooms: 1 Large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room , 1 twin bedroom, 1 Bedroom with three singles beds and 1 with Double Bed that can also be a single bed using then bedroom as children´s playroom, 1 full separate bathroom. All bedrooms have views to the gardens and large terraces.

Outside
Large exterior terraces, gardens and private swimming pool 18m x 5m. Very large Grass area all around the pool. Japanese gardens at the entrance.
Fruit tress of all sorts in the property.
Sunbeds and garden chairs and tables in the Pool area and in the back terraces.
Area is absolutely peaceful but without isolation.

Coast/Beach
At only 3km from one of the best golden sandy beaches of Mallorca. The area has the best secluded sandy beaches of Mallorca. So you have a great variaty of places where to go to swim in the sea with crystal clear & warm waters and unique turquoise & deep blue shades.

Golf
18 Golf fields at walking distance to the Villa. It is one of the best Golfs of the Island.
Another 3 Golf Fields at a random between 5 and 9 Km.
All this makes of this Villa ideal for golfers.

Special interest holidays
There are local and typical markets in the nearby traditional villages of Arta, Capdepera, Son Servera & Cala Rajada at different days of the week. The area has marvellous paths bordering the sea with incredible views on the Mediterranean.

Palma airport is 45 miles.

This villa has absolutely breathtaking views over the entire North-East region. It is located in the unspoilt part of Mallorca where villages keep their character, nature is still peaceful and quiet and the sea waters are crystal clear under blue and turquoise shades. There is a large golden beach not far from the villa.

In its interior the house is decorated with very good taste; white magnolia colours, fine furniture and beautiful original paintings. In the area where the villa is located you will find lovely restaurants and elegant cafés. For those who like sports it is ideal for swimming, sailing, diving, fishing, cycling, walking and golfing.
