Notes on accommodation
Babies: two cots, a side panel and two highchairs available.
Pets allowed by previous notification. Anyway, the villa is perfect for family holidays. The gardens are a nice size with lots of grass for children to play. Hairdryers: one in each bathroom.

Private swimming pool (11m x 4Ž5m) surrounded by a huge terrace with outdoor furniture for dining and sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
The villa is only 1 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with sun chairs, umbrelles and showers.
Golf
The closest golf course is Alcanada Golf Course, 12 kilometres from CaŽn Picafort. Pollensa Golf Course is half an hour drive from CaŽn Picafort.

There's a water park just 10 minutes drive.
Travel
The airport is in Palma, 65 kilometres from CaŽn Picafort. There is an efficient public transport from Palma to CaŽn Picafort. There is also a public bus CaŽn Picafort-Port of Alcudia- Alcudia- Port of Pollensa.
Distances
Palma airport is about 60km away. The owner will email you the easy directions to the villa. Port Alcudia 8km away. There's a fast bus service from Ca'n Picafort, Port Alcudia, Alcudia, Port Pollensa. There's also a bus service from Palma, Ca'n Picafort. A Pobla is 12km away. There's a train going to Palma every hour. There is a Phoenician Necropolis just on the very coast of CaŽn Picafort. You can get there walking along the beach. Its about 4km from CaŽn Picafort.

CaŽn Picafort is a tourist seaside resort and you will find everything you need to have a nice holiday. There are shops, supermarkets, souvenir shops, pharmacies, banks, bars, restaurants and all type of night life.

25% non refundable deposit to confirm booking by bank transfer without any cost for the owner. Payment in Euros to Spanish bank account - details provided at time of booking. The rest of the payment on your arrival, when we give you the keys.
