The property is furnished to the highest standard and has live-out terraces with views over the golf course and mountains. Camp de is quiet and peaceful, but there is plenty to do and see in the area. Only 3km by car from Port Andratx, the location enjoys easy access to the fashionable fishing port with many great bars, excellent restaurants and shops. The bustling city of Palma is 25 mins away by car (or bus) and Porto Portals is less than 15 mins away by car.

The development is very secure with only one entrance and exit via a security gate.
Under ground secure parking with room for 1 car, 1 allocated parking space. There are also a larage number of visitors parking spaces. There is also a safe installed for clients use.

Coast/Beach
Beach Camp de Mar's blue flag sandy beach is only 5 minutes walk away from the property. In the summer the beach is patrolled by a group of life guards. The sea is very calm and clear and hence is great for swimming and for children. Sunbeds and parasols are available to rent for a small fee and showers are provided on the beach. There is also a bar restaurant on the island in the middle of the cove, that is accessible by walking on a wooden bridge from the beach.

Golf
Golf de Andratx The property is along side the 16th green of Golf de Andratx. The course was developed by the Gleneagles Golf Developments. Golf de Andratx, lies in an undeveloped bay with the first tee only 100 metres from the calm, azure sea. The course plays into a steep sided valley framed by Mediterranean pines and olive trees, with breathtaking views. The course is recognised as one of the finest golfing facilities on the island, with excellent practice facilities, including driving range, putting greens and short play area. This facility is less than 2 minutes walk from the property. All these courses are recommended and are within a 25 minutes drive of the property: Santa Ponsa Golf and Country Club, Golf de Poniente, Real Golf de Bendinat, Son Vida Golf, and Son Muntaner Golf.

Travel
Although we suggest you hire a car if you want to visit Majorca's many tourist attractions, there is an excellent cheap bus service, that runs on an hourly basis into Palma and Andratx, stopping at all the major towns on the way. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the property. Also there is a taxi rank in the centre of Camp de Mar where you can arrange for taxis to collect you from the house. From Palma, the railway station offers access to destinations such as Soller.

5 Star - Not having been to this part of Majorca, our choice was based on the owners site decription of the area and property. This villa has it all! This was our 3rd year - a group of 7 Mums spending some well deserved 'me' time without the kids or husbands! Villa is always immaculate on arrival with welcome pack in fridge. Walking distance to wonderful, safe, clean beach with immaculate toilets. Restaurants on/around the beach have a good variety of dishes to suit all tastes.
Golf is on the door step with Club House a short walk with wonderful views. The location of this villa means theres something to suit everyone, all within a few minutes from the villa front door! Helly F Leicestershire, UK.
