Smoking only permitted on the terrace with the doors open.
Outside
Terrace with fabulous sea views, can be completely closed in when the weather is cooler. Table and chairs, small washing line.
Coast/Beach
Small stony beach just below the apartment. Main sandy beach is approximately 5 mins walk which can be along the sea front or the pavement.
Golf
Several golf courses within a short distance of the apartment.
Travel
Palma Airport is approx 25 minutes by car. A taxi to the apartment costs approximately 40 Euros. For those wishing to hire a car there is parking at the apartment. Use of a car is not necessary as the apartment is central, with a supermarket and restaurants, bars, beach etc all in the immediate vicinity.
Distances
The city of Palma is well worth a visit with its Cathedral and Palace. Also, of course, some very good shopping. Travel by taxi or local bus, if you don't have use of a car.
Further details
Plenty of variety of restaurants locally. Proper supermarket very close and lots of other smaller shops for gifts, souvenirs etc.
