Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per night in euros. Less than one week, pay 1 additional night. Long winter lets can be arranged at prices to be agreed in each case.
Changeover day
Flexible arrival day and hour. Each arrival and departure is to be arranged to suit the availability of the cleaning services.
Olde Musick Room
|
Main bedroom with large double bed (can be separated into twin, if preferred). A comfortable folding bed can be set up by request in the living area downstairs. En suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. 4 burner cook stove, fridge, toaster, double sink for dishes. Antique work table, double-leaf dining table, benches around Jotul wood-burning stove, other chairs as desired. Towels and linens are provided, to be changed weekly, or as requested.

The Mirror Room
|
|
This is one large room which has a sleeping area and a living area, plus a bathroom and kitchen. The bed is a double bed. There is also a large sofa.

The Cottage
|
Downstairs is a kitchen-dining area, with a door leading to an outside terrace. A living room with a door to that terrace. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom (shower, no tub). A folding single bed could be substituted for one of the sofas in the living room upon request if a third guest is expected.

Notes on accommodation
In winter, each apartment is heated with wood-burning stoves, plus electric heat for the bathroom and heated towel racks. All houses are in open style, no doors separating sleeping areas, so the guests must be prepared to live in rather intimate circumstances.
Accessibility
Stairs in the apartments are without railings and therefore might be hazardous for small children.
Outside
Each apartment has its own terrace area in front for sitting or dining out.
Coast/Beach
The Deya Cala is 25 minutes walking down through the valley, or ten minutes driving. In high season 2 restaurants are open on the water's edge.
Golf
There are many golf courses on the island, most within an hour's drive.
Special interest holidays
Amateur classical musicians may enjoy playing chamber music with the owner or friends. More information by request.
Travel
The Palma Mallorca airport is 25 minutes by car. Car hire is not necessary unless the guest wants to explore other parts of the island. Buses are few and far between. Inexpensive car hire can be arranged by request.
Distances
Valldemossa, famous for Chopin's visit there, is 10 kilometers toward Palma; Soller and the Port of Soller are 10 kilometers the other way.
Further details
There are probably more restaurants per capita than any other village on the island, 2 of them with a Michelin star. The Deya International Music Festival has been going since 1978 in the nearby former summer residence of the Archduke Luis Salvador of Austria for programs and dates.
