Situated in a peaceful area next to Figueretes, Eivissa (Ibiza town) and Dalt Villa (old town). There are small shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and a beach in very close proximity to the apartment with many more on the promanade to and at Figuretes beach (a few minutes walk). Ibiza town, Port and Dalt Villa are 10-15 minutes walk away. The apartment is south-west facing with excellent views of the sea, Formentera, many small islands, Ses Salines/Playa Den Bossa area and hills for the sun sets. Car parking is around the apartment or at the end of the road (a few mins walk)Everything is practically on your door step. The apartment is open all year for winter and summer lets it is also ideal for visiting friends to the local community. Please check my availability calender or contact me for your holiday dates.

Prices for the property per week are in UK Pounds £/euros, but can be costed in days if required (min 4 nights). Length of stay, arrival day/time and number of people is flexible. For enquiries and bookings please contact myself (Ed Widdicks) Flights from Stansted to Ibiza are run by Ryan air 3 times a week, all year. From 28/3/10 Ryan air will also fly from Bournemouth to Ibiza.

Changeover day
Arrival time and changeover day is flexible. Check in time is after 15.00. Check out time by 9.30. Late check out and early check in is sometimes available. We have left luggage facilities. My reps will carry out all arrangements for the apartment.

| Living Rooms: | Spacious living/dining room with full width windows overlooking the sea and beyond, 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, 2 chairs at window, TV, DVD, radio/CD/cassette,full sized single bed and storage cupboard. Additional fan & single bed. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedding (linen, blankets & duvets) and towels (inc. kitchen and t towels) are provided, changed once a week on 2nd week. Further cleaning is available by arrangement and cost. There is an additional set of linen left in the apartment for guests use. |
Notes on accommodation
Please check my availability calander or contact me for your holiday dates. Residential apartment on 3rd floor with lift (with some stairs from the street to the building entrance), all common areas are cleaned regularly. This is a comfortable apartment which has most facilities and well equiped. There is a welcome folder giving general information on the apartment, area, activities and entertainment. There is car parking around the building or at the free car park 200 - 300m away. There is a phone box at entrance of building. Suitable for children. A very centrally situated apartment in a quiet location of Figueretes/Eivissa. Electricity, water and gas included in the price. Air-conditioning and heating in living/dining room, heating in bathroom and bedrooms, ceiling fans in bedrooms, fan in living/dining room.

Coast/Beach
There is a small beach across the road with a promenade leading to Figueretes beach which is a 5 minute strol.
There are many restaurants, bars and cafes along the way with many shops and stalls at Figueretes beach.
In the opposite direction there is a rugged coastal walk to Eivissa (centre) & Dalt Villa (old town), with small seluded beaches along the way and a vantage point near to Dalt Villa.
Golf
Cala Llonga De Dins Golf course is 10 km approx. On the road between Eivissa and Cala Llonga.
Travel
Ibiza airport is 6km and the port of Elvissa is 1.5 km away. Most amenities are 5 - 15 minutes walk to include a regular bus service around a good part of the Island, including some night buses in the summer, there is also a local bus service. A taxi rank is 5 minutes walk. Car hire is not required but there are 2 car hire offices close by if you want to explore the Island further. Ryanair are now running winter flights from Stanstead to Ibiza from Nov 2008.
Distances
Figueretes beach is 200 metres walk. Vara De Ray in Evissa centre with the main shops, cafes, squares etc is 1 km walk approximately, the Port area and Dalt Villa is 300 metres beyond this with a huge selection of night life and interest. The Marina with cafe/bars and clubs like Pacha, El Davino etc are 3 km away. Playa Den Bossa with its entertainment & clubs like Space, DC10 are 5 km away.

Eivissa (Ibiza Town) and Ibiza generally has a large, varied and fashionable selection of shops, boutiques, stalls and markets. This is also true of the restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and night life, from large to small, well priced to top quality, calm to busy, there's everything for all tastes. There is so much to see, do and discover within a 3 km distance. There are numerous beautiful beaches and bays all over the Island, many secluded. Dalt Villa is steeped in history with its museums, information points, a great peaceful place to wander and enjoy the views all around. Ibiza is a small beautiful Island with many great places to discover. It may be know for its clubbing & partying but these are in small areas of some of the larger towns or out with the towns all together, the rest of the Island is a calm peaceful place to unwind & de stress if necessary. Ibiza is a seasonal holiday destination being busiest in July/August, June & September are the opening & closing parties of the clubs. The summer season is May to October with many flights from the Uk, generally booking flights &/or accommodation early is cheaper as the high season is very busy. The winter, November to April is on the surface very quiet, some bars, restaurants & most clubs are closed, most shops, cafes & businesses are open. Many more bars & some restaurants and clubs (mainly smaller ones) are open at the weekend; Saturday can be busy in the tucked away places especially. It is very Spanish with winter festivals, well priced & generally calm a good time for peace & tranquility. Direct flights by Ryanair from Stanstead to Ibiza start nov '08 or you can fly to Barcelona, Valencia, Palma de Majorca etc. then take a local flight to Ibiza eg. Iberia, Span Air, Air Europa etc or the ferry to Ibiza. Flights can be very well priced, you will find Ibiza is generally cheaper in the winter including many excellent sales preparing for the next season. If you want a restful place try Ibiza in the winter.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the remainder being paid 6 weeks before arrival. For late bookings the full amount is to be paid. Information and receipts are sent out for conformation of the deposit and booking. 250 euros or £200 breakage deposit is required and returned on departure if no damage has occurred. Bookings can also be carried out locally in Eivissa through my agent 1ydos. The 4th bed is a foam mattress on the floor. Please request the number of beds required.

About the owner
I have been involved in property for a number of years & work on a basis of homely & comfortable.
I have been letting in the UK for 15 years & Spain for nearly 5 years.
I carried out a holiday let under the Scottish Tourist Board later know as Visit Scotland for about 5 years who quite rightly have a very strict inspection system. I had many repeat guests. I endevor to keep a high standard of cleanliness, comfort & well equipt property for my holiday guests at a reasonable price. I welcome any feed back to know what does & doesn't work.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I viewed many properties but kept coming back to this one, I also kept meeting the previous owner in the most obscure places, everything pointed to this apartment.
After some initial work the property has been holiday let with some longer winter lets.
Without really reaslising the apartment is very central to both Ibiza Town & Figueretes Beach but in a quiet residential area so your more living in Spain than a holiday resort.
The sea view & view generally is fabulous as many guests have pointed out.
Short walk to secluded beaches & vantage point for views of the sun rise, Ibiza, port & the small Islands.
Although the area is peaceful & quiet it is right next to most amenities which for me is exactly what I am looking for, I like lively & busy with peace & quiet.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is within 3 km of most amenities, with local bus, taxi & car rental with the main bus station 10 min walk away.
There are numerous shops of all sizes around the apartment, less in the winter but most the supermarkets, markets & town shops are open all year plus some cafes.
The property is very well equipt (from my Scottish Tourist Board days) One guest even commented on the fact that the kitchen was better equipt than their own kitchen.
All main beds are of a very good standard with more than enough bedding for any season (including winter)
Ceiling fans in the bedrooms (very effective in the summer)
Heating through out the apartment (not just 1 room)
