Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
In October and November we can offer 2 weeks for the price of one. Short stays i.e. weekends may be available out of season at £150 off the weekly rate. We are happy to take a long winter let over 2008/2009 at a substantially reduced rate - email with dates and details to enquire.
Changeover day
We prefer Saturday to Saturday in the summer months (June to August) but are flexible in other months as to changeover days

Booking notes
On booking confirmation £150 non-refundable deposit per week is required. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. A £200 refundable bond is also required when booking. When the keys are returned and the villa is checked the bond will be returned.
We can arrange last minute bookings as we live nearby and can meet you on arrival. You pay cash and we give you keys. We can e-mail you directions from airport.
