Golf d'Andratx golf course is all around and the Dorint Sofitel hotel, open 12 months of the year, has a great spa for those looking for more relaxation. The house has wireless internet throughout and an office space complete with internet PC for those needing to keep in touch with their office or friends onfacebook. The house has many outside terraces and dining spaces and inside many living spaces ... perfect for summer or winter. Perfect for golf lovers with the Golf d'Andratx on your doorstep. Holes 15 and 16 are directly outside the house. The only noise is the golf buggies! We hope you enjoy your stay.

Notes on prices
High Season
The daily price in summer (June, July, August and September) and Christmas and New Year and Easter is £400. This is a weekly price of £2,800.
We are happy to take a booking for 4 weeks (in these periods) for the reduced price of £8,000.
Low season
The daily price in winter (except Christmas and New Year and Easter) is £350. This is a weekly price of £2,450.
We are happy to take a booking for 4 weeks (in these periods) for the reduced price of £7,500.
Changeover day
We are flexible as to your arrival and departure dates. Check out the flights and see what suits you best.

Notes on accommodation
The property is furnished to a very high immaculate standard and all guests needs have been considered to make your stay pleasant and stress free, so all you have to do is enjoy. The property is very light and airy. It's a perfect location for guests looking to relax and chillax. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the garden and the pool over looking the golf course. If golf is not for you then you can walk down to the picturesque bay of Camp de Mar where you can enjoy one of the restaurants and watch the boats sail by, or take a short drive to the fashionable Port Andratx where you can people watch in one of the many restaurants or take a stroll round some of the fabulous boutiques.
Ladies why not treat yourself to a day in the spa at the Dorint hotel whilst your partner plays golf. Whatever you enjoy doing I'm sure you will enjoy Camp de Mar unless its night clubbing! The nature of the property and location of the property makes it suitable for well behaved children and adults.

Outside
Courtyard entrance to property with large round dining table comfortably seating 12 people. Fabulous on an evening for Al Fresco dining when all the courtyard is lit it is really stunning. Dining terrace to the golf course with seating for 8 people. Views to the 15th and 16th holes. There are dining areas and sunbathing areas all round the house meaning you can always find the sun (or the shade!). Private roof terrace with sun loungers and a bar for those looking for total privacy. Around the pool are gardens and terraces to relax. The pool is private for the sole use of guests in the house. The pool area is secluded and looks to the golf course.
Coast/Beach
It is 5 minutes walk to Camp de Mar beach.
Golf
Golf'dAnratx is located on your doorstep - holes 15 and 16 directly outside.
The driving range is a 2 minute walk away and the golf course caters for beginners to the more experienced. Why not go down and give golf a try ... perhaps a lesson with one of the 2 English professionals at the club. We are also minutes drive to all the great golf courses on the Island. Travel
Palma Airport is 20 mins away. Taxis available from airport to Camp de Mar at 46 euros. Camp de Mar also has a taxi rank near the beach so anywhere is easily accessible.
Taxi to Andratx or Port Andratx is 6.70 euros.
Taxi to Puerto Portals is 21.50 euros
Taxi to Palma is 31 euros
Distances
Camp de Mar has 2 small supermarkets. A larger supermarket is 5 minutes drive away in Paguera. Camp de Mar also has a newsagent, Lacoste shop and many other small boutiques. 2 hairdressers and 1 chemist and also many bars and restaurants on the beach. There is also a great restaurant 'Campino' - at the golf club in Camp de Mar.
Further details
The property was purchased as our holiday home and has been perfect since we purchased in 2006. The property is decorated each season. We offer a discount for anyone who comes back for a second year and many do!
Booking notes
We ask for a 30% deposit when booking. The balance of 70% is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A bond of £500 is also payable and will be refunded within 2 weeks of you leaving the property.
