Villa Fleur is situated in a Cul de Sac. The newly built pool in 2004 is gated for children's safety. The walls surrounding the pool insure privacy.The villa is on a cliff and the beach is reached by steps, if you are walking or by road. Detached and surrounded by its own gardens and patios. There are 2 covered patios, 1 outside the main living room and 1 outside the main bedroom. There are plenty of sunbeds and outside tables and chairs. Access to the roof. A good selection of restaurants in town.

Changeover day
Friday is change over day. The villa will be ready for occupation by 12pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Portable heating can be provided early and late in the season. Particular care has been taken to provide gates to the pool area to prevent small children having access without and adult present.

Outside
The swimming pool is private, kidney shaped and 7.5 metres long. Surrounded by its own patio there is plenty of room for sunbeds. A small portable BBQ is provided. The main living area opens onto a patio on the same level. An area at the rear of the house gets the early morning sun and has a view over the cliffs to the sea.There is a large patio at the rear with a table and plenty of room for children to play safely away from the pool. As the day progresses the sun is on the pool and the front of the villa leaving the rear patio in some shade during the afternoon.
Coast/Beach
There is also a road train that will take you, from close by the villa, to the beach. It runs every 45 mins with a break for siesta. It takes about 15 mins to walk to the beach. It is a safe sandy beach ideal for children. There are bars and restaurants on a paved area adjacent to the beach.
Golf
Son Parc golf course is 30 mins drive away.
Travel
Mahon Airport is 15 mins drive. Car hire is recommended for families with small children and is readily available. There is a regular bus service to the capitol Mahon.
Distances
The centre of Cala'N Porter is a 10 min walk from the villa. The capitol Mahon is 15 mins by bus. Check the website on Menorca for all the many activities available.
Further details
The nearest supermarket is 10 mins walk and they deliver. There is a bank, several cash points. A telephone and currency exchange. A chemist and medical centre but not open at all times.
Booking notes
A 10% non returnable deposit on booking the balance due 6 weeks before date of departure. Booking held for 7 days to book flights.
