Changeover day
Change over day is Saturday though there may be some flexibility. Ideally check out by 11am and check in from around 4pm, depending on the previous guests having left on time.

Accessibility
There are steps within the house, so not really suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Open plan with patio doors opening onto terrace with sun loungers and outside dining table for al fresco eating, which leads to the pool terrace with infinity pool 8x4.5 metres and fantastic views of the sea and surrounding hills.
Coast/Beach
A wide choice of beaches Cala Tarida, Cala Moli, Cala Vadella, Cala Carbo and Cala D'Hort are all less than 10 mins with 2 within walking distance.
Golf
Ibiza golf course, Ibigolf, is just north of Ibiza town and has both 18 and 9 hole courses. Cala Vadella has 2 dive schools and water sports are available from many of the local beaches. Private Yoga classes and Reiki can be booked with a local instructor.
Travel
20 mins from the airport, 15 with one of the island's taxi drivers.
Distances
1 min by car or 10min on foot to Cala Vadella beach. 10 minutes to San Jose, 15 minutes to San Antonio, 20 minutes to Ibiza.
Booking notes
To book this property, we require 50% of the total rent payable by electronic bank transfer or cheque in sterling.
The remaining 50% to be paid in the same way no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit of £500 or 600 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, to be paid back in full to the guest, providing that nothing has been damaged to the property.
