Changeover day
Changeover day on Saturdays, but we may be flexible on monthly rentals. The house gets cleaned on changeover day.The arrival time required is 5pm (which can be flexible) and departure time by 10am.

On the living level there is a sitting room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, guest toilet, TV room and an en-suite bedroom. En-suite main bedroom plus other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Down in the ground level there is an en-suite bedroom, changing room with bathroom, outside access and a laundry room. Wireless broadband/ADSL available. The property is on a magic position with a small beach which does not get too crowded.

Outside
Beautiful grassed garden with olive, lemon, figues, pine and palm trees amongst others. Outside terrace surrounding the house overlooking the swimming pool and the sea with steps leading to garden and pool. This is accessed from the whole living level. Outdoor furniture on the terrace, table and chairs, bench, coffee table and sunbeds and BBQ. The villa also enjoys the sun until the last moment of the sunset. Private simming pool 11 x 5m at the back of the house.
Coast/Beach
Direct access to the small and lovely beach of San Joan.
A short stroll over a low rock peninsula and you find the beach of San Pedro with its small friendly bar. Both beaches are literally together.
Golf
5 mins away from the new golf of Aucanada.

Located in a very exclusive and peaceful position, the villa is only 3 mins from the Marina of Alcudia, 2 mins from Alcudia town's old walls, or 10 mins from Puerto Pollensa. The villa is 20 mins away from the town of Inca, well known for its leather.

40 mins drive from Palma Airport. 40 mins drive from the Ferry Port of Palma. Car hire recommended.

1.5km to Alcudia town. 3km to Alcudia's marina. 0.5km to Bonaire's port. 0.5km to Bonaire's diving centre. 300 mtrs to tennis court in Hotel Mal Pas. 10 mins to Aucanada's golf corse or restaurants. 15 mins to Puerto Pollensa. 45km from Palma City.
Further details
There is a very popular market on Tuesdays in Alcudia town.
There are good restaurants, bars and cafes in the local area of Alcudia or the Marina as well as supermarkets, banks, post office, etc. Local activities include cycling, diving, sailing, swimming, tennis, water-skiing, windsurfing or boat trips and chartering.
Booking notes
All bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days until a 25% deposit (non-refundable) has been received. The balance will be required in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. All prices are in euros per week, normally from Saturday to Saturday, unless booked monthly. Maximum 12 people, infants not included. The minimal rental period is 2 weeks. Maid service can be arranged if requested (Please give some notice).
