The south/east facing terrace set above a mediterranean garden, overlooks the bay of Palma. There is a pool available to guests on the waterfront and direct access to the sea. Notes on prices
Prices are per week in Euros. Maximum 4 people. Rates per day available on request. End of stay cleaning/laundry fee is 50 euros for 2 people 75 euros for more than 2 which will be deducted from deposit. 1/2 Children (under 16) are 100 euros extra per week.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday in summer. Special requests welcome. Acceptable arrival times are between 2pm and 9pm

Towels and linen are provided and a change is bought once a week. Beach towels are not included. Cleaning is on Saturdays but half week cleaning can be arranged at renters cost. |
Notes on accommodation
The 3rd floor apartment is fully air conditioned and in the winter months has central heating. Pets are not allowed. There are 24hr porters at the main entrance and 2 lifts.

Outside
The gardens surrounding the block lead down to a lovely swimming pool on the waterfront with direct access to the sea. Sun loungers are provided free of charge and there is also a childrens pool. Next to the main pool is the private Zodiac Club where guests can become members for 20 euros a week so as to enjoy food and drinks on the waters edge.
Coast/Beach
Illetas beach is only 5 mins walk away and next to it you can enjoy the exclusive Virtual Beach Club which becomes a restaurant and nightclub in the evening. The beach of Portals is only a 5 mins drive away and a further 5 mins drive will take you to any of the 3 beaches in Palma Nova.
Golf
Royal Bendinat Golf Course is only 5 mins away. This 18 hole 70 par course enjoys spectacular views and a driving range amongst the many other facilities you would expect at one of the best courses on the island. Also nearby the courses of Son Vida and Muntaner are only 10 mins drive north east whilst the courses of Poniente and Santa Ponca are respectively 10 and 15 mins drive to the west of the island.
Travel
Palma Airport is 20 mins drive away whilst the port of Palma is 10 mins drive. There is a bus service into Palma City every 30 mins. Porters can easily arrange for taxis. There are several car hire companies near the apartment and although it is not essential, car hire is recommended if you want explore the island. There are a couple of public parking lots not far from the apartment.
Distances
The apartment is in Illetas, a small coastal resort 10 mins drive from Palma City´s historical old town and Cathedral. The exclusive Puerto Portals is 5 mins drive away whilst Port of Andraitx is 25 mins. The sleepy northern villages of Valdemossa and Deia are about 40 mins drive. The village of Genova, famous for its Mallorcan restaurants is only 10 mins drive away.
Further details
Illetas has numerous small bars and restaurants and there are a couple of supermarkets close to the apartment. The 5 star Hotel Maricel is 5 mins walk away where you have to book to enjoy their recently awarded best breakfast in the world. You are also close to several top quality hotels where you can enjoy their services including health and spa and entertainment. Puerto Portals is close by and provides numerous top quality restaurants and trendy shops.
Booking notes
A 30% non refundable deposit to be received max. 6 days after booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to stay. For last min bookings the full amount is to be paid prior to arrival. A 300 euro deposit will be requested as a deposit on the time of the key turn over. This money will be returned on leaving day when nothing has been damaged.
