Private balcony and upper terrace to apartment with table and 6 chairs to balcony. Upper terrace has bistro table and 2 sun loungers. BBQ is included but is discretionary as there are neighbours to both sides.
The communal pool is large and has a childrens pool to one end. There are large communal gardens with grass and concreted solarium areas. 2 sunloungers to take to pool area.
Coast/Beach
50 metres from Cala Bona beaches and within easy reach of the larger Cala Millor and Sa Coma beaches. A regular road train is available or a bike or strole along the promenade.
Golf
There are 4 golf courses within 10-20 mins drive. 3 x 18 hole (Golf de Pula, Capdepera golf and Golf Canyamel), and 1 x 9 hole (Golf Son Servera).
Travel
Palma airport is a 1 hour drive with Palma city being another 15 minutes.
Car hire is not essential as all facitities are close at hand but would be recommend to see the local old towns and sites.
Distances
Regular bus service outside the apartment to Manacor and Palma, including trips to local markets.
From the nearby harbour is the glass-bottomed boat that runs hourly and travels up and down the coast.
Further details
Many nice bars and restaurants close by with all the shops, banks and clinics that will ever be needed.
