Although not a luxury villa, Sa Petita is very well maintained and equipped, with the best, we believe, views of the sea and sunsets in the area. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and 20 mins drive from the airport. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.

| Kitchen: | Newly fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge with dining area for 6, fan, satellite TV, radio/cassette/CD player, french windows to the patio. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are included and changed weekly. The villa is cleaned on arrival and departure. |

Accessibility
Wheelchair access is possible throughout the villa with the exception of the master bedroom which is down 4 steps.
Outside
Large partly covered patio with 2 dining areas, BBQ, assorted sun loungers & patio furniture, retractable sun awning. A large, newly tiled, shared pool is just 50 metres away.
Coast/Beach
Binibeca Beach is a 5 min walk away with its famous Los Bucaneros bar/restaurant. Sunbed and parasol hire available. The smaller Binissafuller Beach is a 30 min walk in the opposite direction.
Golf
The Golf Course at Son Park is a 30 mins drive away.
Travel
Binibeca is just 15 mins by car from the Capital, Mahon, and 20 mins from the airport. Car hire can be arranged for you to collect at the airport but is not essential.
Distances
10 mins drive to the nearest town of Sant Lluis with its good selection of shops and Banks etc. A bus from Binibeca to Mahon, via Sant Lluis runs 3 times a day during the holiday season.

A supermarket, beach shop, 2 bar/restaurants, public telephone and bus stop are within 100 metres.
