Superb villa at head of quiet sea inlet. Overlooks a marina in a select residential area. Restaurants, bars and a mini-market are a few minutes walk from villa. In a good location for access to all the Island, 20 minutes from airport and 15 from the capital, Mahon. Sandy beaches a short distance away. A car is recommended.

Changeover day
Changeover is normally on Fridays. Particular arrangements may be possible to match cheaper midweek flights, in early season.

Living Rooms: Two internal lounges: Tower Lounge and Lounge/dining room with satellite TV (Sky freesat), CD/DVD, ceiling fan. All living rooms, bedrooms and terraces have exceptional views. WiFi internet access available. Through ventilation and insect screens fitted.
Other: Unique circular lounge enjoying excellent sea and marina views. All round windows for views and ventilation. Covered dining terrace, teak furniture for 8 & gas BBQ. Many secluded areas: shaded sofa, chairs and loungers. Sun loungers also by the pool.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The villa is cleaned weekly including a full complement of towels and bed linen. Please bring your own towels for use on the Beach. Mid-visit cleaning included and bed change for two week visits. Sunlounger towels supplied on use & wash basis.

Notes on accommodation
This is a most attractive architect designed villa in a lovely location. The accommodation is on several levels and affords a degree of separation and privacy for different generations or, for example, two-family occupancy. Central heating is available for the low-season months.

Accessibility
Whilst the main bedroom with en suite bathroom at the base of the tower and a sheltered terrace area are readily accessible from the front door, the number of stairs does not make the villa ideal for those with limited mobility or for wheelchair access to all parts.

Outside
The private pool is 10m x 5m with Roman steps entry. The grounds are designed for low maintenance and include palms & scented lavender and indigenous shrubs to be enjoyed from the terraces. The prolific lemon tree will keep you well supplied for G and T. Many shaded and open terraces allow for privacy whilst conviviality can be enjoyed on the shaded dining terrace (seats 8). The villa was designed to take advantage of the beautiful marina, sea and headland views from all living rooms, bedrooms and terraces.

Coast/Beach
The villa overlooks a marina on a beautiful inlet from the Mediterranean. The nearest sea bathing is at the wide, enclosed horse-shoe beach of Arenal d'en Castell a few minutes drive away as well as the small beach at Na Macaret with the crystal clear waters of Cala Moli adjacent to Addaia. Menorca has over 300 miles of coastline. Many areas of coastline are totally secluded. This will be your most relaxed holiday ever.

Golf
Menorca's 18 hole golf course at Son Parc is a few minutes drive away.

Special interest holidays
Diving schools operating in Menorca provide PADI courses (within a week's visit), try-dive and recreational diving around the local coast and islands. Menorca has a profuse bird life and offers a wide variety of quiet country walks. Much of the Island has been called an open-air museum including e.g Roman and pre-historic artefact's. There are several yacht charter and training companies in Menorca. Please enquire further about your needs.

Travel
The Menorca airport at Mahon (MAH) is 20 mins away by car or taxi. A car is fairly essential to take full advantage of Menorca's varied attractions. The base is ideal for easy access to the many beaches, historic sites and nature reserves around the Island. Also you will find a good variety of restaurants.

Distances
This compact Island has many charming towns and villages. The capital, Mahon with its magnificent harbour and restaurants is 15 mins drive away. The atmospheric old capital, Cuidadella, makes an attractive place to visit. There are fiestas during the summertime in the villages and towns, all of which are within easy driving distance. Menorcas 300 miles of coastline is mostly accessible by car. There are 3 restaurants in the village and many others within 10 minutes drive.
