Changeover day is Friday during main season, but more flexible at other times.

Notes on accommodation
Due to the style of furnishings, and first floor balcony, this apartment is not considered suitable for children under 12 years of age. It is ideal for couples wanting peace & quiet out of season, when temperatures ( and prices) are not too high.
Accessibility
Though the apartment is entirely flat, access is via several steps through the gardens.
Outside
The 25 mtr sq terrace, has another dining table & chairs, and cushioned sun loungers. Also large awning as it is facing due south and has the sun all day. Wonderful views towards the sun setting over Mallorca only 30 miles away.
Coast/Beach
Son Bou beach is the longest sandy beach on the island, and has all the usual water sports. Three large bars serving quality food and drink. They also have good clean toilet facilities.
Golf
The islands' only golf course is on the other side of the island, about 30 mins drive away. It has recently been upgraded from 15 to 18 holes.
Beginners classes are available, or a basket of balls plus a beer in the bar for 3 euros
Travel
A car is recommended to explore this beautiful island. However local buses run from the village to Mahon the capital,but not late at night. Alaior the nearest old Spanish village in the middle of the island, and Ciudadella the ancient capital with palaces and cathedral at the other end of the island.
Distances
Alaior is only 6 km away, where it is possible to shop more economically with the local ladies in the traditional butchers, bakers, greengrocers. However supermarkets also exist in most villages. Mahon is about 30 minutes drive, and Ciudadella about 40.
