Ground floor apartment with patio and small garden. The apartment has access to well maintained landscaped gardens with 2 pools. There is plenty of open and shaded terracing for relaxation. The beautiful gently shelving sandy beach of Arenal is only 5 minute walk away, ideal for young children. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. There are pleasant walks to the nearby fishing village of Macaret and the next resort of Son Parc. In high season there is a little train that drives around the resort – great fun. Son Parc golf club is a ten minute drive and Mahon is about 30 minutes away.

Changeover day
Friday is main changeover day, although flexible depending on occupancy and apartment must be vacated by 10am on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
