The property offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests, with hot & cold air-conditioning and underfloor heating, it has 3 double bedrooms: they are large, with high ceilings, generous bathrooms en suite and direct access onto a large balcony with outstanding sea views. The villa also has a self contained guest suite offering a further Twin bedded room.
For some the night-time views of the lights shimmering across the Bay of Palma towards the villa will be unforgettable. This spacious villa is built in a most pleasing Mediterranean country style all the fittings, in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are of exceptional quality. The approach to the villa is by steps to the entrance door or by a lift from inside the 3 car garage into the reception hall.

Notes on prices
Payment can be made in Euros or UK Pounds and prices are for the property per week. A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your stay.
A €700/£500 damage bond is held for the duration of your stay. Please call for prices on late availability.
Changeover day
We prefer a Saturday to Saturday change over however off-season we may be more flexible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Three main bedrooms in the main house are all doubles (extra large king size beds) with ensuites with double french windows leading onto the furnished upper terrace. The 4th Bedroom is detached from the main house and has twin beds, ensuite bathroom. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite to master has bath, separate shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet. All other en-suites have showers with washbasins, toilet and bidets. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has all the necessary modern conveniences, there is a large side by side fridge/freezer, microwave, double oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | Utility room with shute from upper floor bedrooms, washer, dryer, iron/ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The large luxury open plan lounge/diner leads onto the main terrace with it's outside BBQ area and steps leading down to the pool terrace. The lounge has comfortable sofa's, satellite TV and DVD, open fireplace and the dining area has table and 8 chairs. |
| Other: | The Villa is built into the hill and from the triple garage a lift takes you to main entrance of the villa with its sweeping staircase leading to the bedrooms. The covered terrace has all the necessary furniture for luxury alfresco living. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is maintained by our management company who will be onhand to let you in, help you with your luggage and familiarise you with the villa, Bed linen and towels are included and the Villa will be cleaned and linen changed once per week. |
Notes on accommodation
Outside there is a large covered and live-out terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and the Mediterranean. This lovely part-shaded and very private terrace and the swimming pool are accessible from the whole living level.
The property has a wonderful position with most stunning sea views and a very private and quiet south west aspect. The villa also enjoys the sun until the very last moment of the sunset. Located in this privileged and peaceful position - it is hard to believe the villa is only 2 minutes above the fashionable yachting harbour of Puerto Portals 5 minutes from the beach at Portals Nous and 6 minutes easy drive into Palma via its 3 kilometer seafront - where the beautiful cathederal in Palma is well worth a visit along with excellent shopping and a fantastic selection of cafes.

Accessibility
The Villa is accessed from the ground floor,there is a lift facility from the ground to the first floor.
Outside
All terraced areas have the most wonderful views over the bay. On every terrace there are luxury sun loungers, there is a large BBQ area and external dining table and chairs for 8 for you to make the most of the wonderful views. The private pool is 10 x 5 metres and again can be seen from all of the terraces so you can keep an eye on the children, again luxury loungers & parasols are provided.At dusk simply switch on the under water pool lights and enjoy a pool side BBQ whilst taking in the spectacular views of the lights shimmering accross Palma Bay towards the villa.
Coast/Beach
Puerto Portals is just a few minutes drive from Costa D'en Blanes. This luxury marina is the summer capital of Mallorca's jet-set. Celebrities, fashion icons and member's of the Spanish royal family all moor their yachts here in the privileged position on Palma Bay. The marina waterfront promenade has become a place to see and be seen and hosts some of the finest restaurants, cafes and bars on the Island. The closest beach is just a few minutes drive away - Cala Portals Nous.
Golf
There are currently 17 courses on the island with a further 6/8 courses at the design and planning stage. There are excellent facilities, well located in lovely scenery, with a backcloth of mountains and edged by the sea.
Real Golf de Bendinat - is just minutes from Costa d'en Blanes and is renowned as a hilly and challenging course. Located in a broad valley the 18 holes have sloping fairways, elevated greens and breathtaking views of Palma Bay. Men's tees 5650 m; Ladies tees 4990 m par 70.
D'Andratx Golf Club - some ten minutes drive away located at Camp de Mar. This is a seriously challenging course which demands accurate driving and a gentle touch on and around the greens. The course wends its way around the valley and hills overlooking the bay with stunning scenery. Men's tees 6085 m; Ladies tees 5155 m par 72.

Travel
The Villa is just about 15/20 minutes form the airport and 10/15 minutes from Palma ferry port. A hire car is recommended although not essential as taxi are cheap and easy.

Booking notes
All prices are per week in UK pounds, normally from Saturday to Saturday, and for a maximum of 8 people. The minimal rental period is one week. The price includes a welcome pack, cleaning and change of bed linen, towels etc. at the end of each week. Additional maid service may be arranged by prior request.
