Just minutes by foot to the lovely little sandy beach at Alcanada. Only 10 minutes in the car to the sheltered sandy beach at Alcudia. Another 10 minutes by car will take you to the lovely bay and safe bathing in Puerto Pollensa.

This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the newly completed 18 hole professional Alcanada Golf Course. Stunning sea views from the greens and excellent venue for lunch in the lovely terrace restaurant.
Travel
Palma de Mallorca is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from Alcanada. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Distances
Walking distance to the little village of Alcanada which includes a small supermarket for last minute provisioning, a souvenir shop, and an excellent restaurant with stunning sea views from the terrace. Bustling Puerto Alcudia is about 10 minutes by car. A little further on is the old Roman walled town of Alcudia.

Nearest main town is Puerto Alcudia, less than 10 minutes drive, which has a wealth of fabulous restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a large marina area which is definitely worth a stroll around. Most major banks can be found here, as well as pharmacies, doctors, taxi rank, bus service, and various leisure activities - Aqua Park, boat trips, water sports, go karting, etc.
