Skiing
The village winter bus stops 50 metres from the house. The Maiskogel ski area in Kaprun is 800 metres away and the main ski bus can take you to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier or the picturesque Zell am See in 15 mins. Together with Zell am See, Kaprun makes up the Europa Sports Region offer 3 ski area with over 130km of piste.

The house is set in typically Austrian, tranquil surroundings and the stunning views over the open fields at the rear of the home across the village, ski area and mountains, will guarantee privacy and leave you feeling relaxed during your stay in Kaprun.
Distances
10 minutes walk from Kaprun village centre. Just 50 yards from the ski bus and 3 miles from Zell am See.
Situated just 1 hour's drive from Salzburg Airport and 2 hours from Innsbruck, with flight times of around 1 hour 30 minutes -it is an ideal holiday destination.
