Notes on accommodation
Our apartment has been fully refurbished to a very high standard, offering first class, home from home facilities!
Accessibility
Our apartment is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to its location on the top floor. We have had guests from 2 weeks old to people in their 80's stay, so age is definitely no issue for our guests.
Outside
There are two large balconies with outdoor seating for you to take advantage of the fantastic location and views. Equipped with large sun shades for the summer months, along with lanterns and outside lighting for the evenings. Ground floor communal storage area for you to store all your winter and summer equipment, along with a drying room. Also personal lockable area for bikes and other equipment.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous lakes scattered throughout the valley some are pebbled and some are sandy, perfect after a long walk to relax by, or a short walk if you prefer to drive to them or go by cable car.
Golf
Golf driving range in the nearby village of Stumm with is approximately 15 minutes drive.
Skiing
You are located 350 metres from the main Penken ski lift. It offers a variety of runs and off-piste in the immense Zillertal. Direct access to 101km of the overall 450 km in the Zillertal. Skiing is great for advanced, intermediates, and especially for beginners, and another plus is the direct access to the Hintertux Glacier – skiing all year round on the 18km of runs. Other winter activities you will find a toboggan run, wild water rafting, an ice-rink, paragliding, guided walks, mountain bike rides, sleigh-riding, curling and 45km of footpaths, horse riding. Enjoy a sauna or a swim in indoor and outdoor pools, play some tennis, or go to the solarium, all of these located next door to the apartment. Looking for the best holiday for you, your friends or family, whether it be ski or boarding focused, action/adventure packed, or après-ski filled holiday Mayrhofen caters for all.
Special interest holidays
Train enthusiast's will not want to leave the valley, there are numerous steam trains that run daily in and out of the valley, enabling you to experience the amazing views of the 'Zillertal' valley in the comfort of steam!
Travel
The nearest airports are Innsbruck, Munich, or Salzburg. Once you reach Mayrhofen, a car is not essential as you can walk to everything!

The whole of the Zillertal has lots of villages to visit, all within a short drive.
Further details
The apartment is ideally situated next to Mayrhofens indoor and outdoor water park 'Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen'. In the summer, its open-air adventure pool and the outdoor play activities, offers fun for the whole family, from experienced swimmer to sun worshipper. In the winter, after the skiing, the indoor pool, sauna's and jacuzzi are a must. To see for yourself the facilities log on their website and have a look for yourself!
Booking notes
Rental income varies, prices shown are for standard weeks, Festive holidays, school holidays etc... will vary, please email to confirm exact costings. A damage deposit of €325 is required prior to the booked period to cover any damage to the apartment. €65 final cleaning fee is payable. More information and details will be given at the time of booking. On cancellation your deposit non refundable due to potential not getting another booking for that week.
