Stay in a fully furnished 2 room apartment in central Vienna. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room so could sleep up to 4 (good friends). There is a dining table with chairs for you to eat in comfort and a TV (cable connection so you can watch international programmes) with DVD for your entertainment. The small kitchen is equipped with 2 ring hob, microwave and grill, fridge and washing machine and the bathroom has a bath, not just a shower. It's renovated (with original parquet floor), quiet and comfortable, on the courtyard side of a Jugendstil building. A weekly change of sheets and towels is included for all long staying guests. It is centrally located in the 7th district, less than 10 minutes walk to museums quarter, major shopping streets and the 1st district. There are good restaurants and bars nearby. The transport links are good (nearest metro Volkstheatre). Contact us even if the calendar shows we're full. We sometimes have a 2nd flat.

Travel
There are good and cheap connections by public transport from Vienna airport.
Distances
Vienna is in the centre of Europe. Bratislava can be reached in less than an hour by car, Budapest in 2 and Prague in 3. The nearest skiing is about 1 hour's drive away. Swimming in the Neue Donau is great in a hot summer - like a beach with a metro station!
Further details
The flat is centrally located so banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all within a couple of minutes walk. All the major tourist attractions of central Vienna are in walking distance. There is also excellent public transport and we can tell you about connections when you arrive.
