Lake Zell (Zeller See) is a 20 minutes down hill walk from the apartment.

There are two 18 hole championship golf courses just five minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bus.
Skiing
The nearest ski lift is the Schmittenhohe which is 800 metres away, with the main lift from the town (City Express) 15 mins walk away. The ski bus stop is opposite the building and buses run throughout the day during the ski season.
Travel
Zell can be accessed from Salzburg (1.15 hours by car) or Munich (2.50 hours by car). Train station served by all of Western Europe runs through centre of town.
Distances
Apartment is 20 minute down hill walk from the town centre, approximately 25-30 minutes up hill.

25% of rental is payable to secure booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. We can accept payment by electronic bank transfer.

I live in Cheshire, England, with my husband. We started our own accountancy practice in November 2008 in Manchester and we spend most holidays visiting Cannes in the South of France.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love Zell am See because of the year round activities and appeal unlike many of the other ski resorts. In the Winter season the resort caters for all levels of skiers/boarders with ice skating on the lake, whilst in the summer the lake offers a number of water sports activities and sunbathing/swimming opportunities whilst the mountain has excellent walking opportunities.

The property is conveniently located near the top of the Schmittenstrasse just 5-10 minutes walk from the lift station and opposite one of the many bus stops and a 15 minute walk into the town centre. The apartment enjoys fantastic views of both the Schmittenhohe and the lake providing the perfect setting for your holiday.
