Excellent late availability discounts available (booking within 2 weeks of holiday start date) - please contact the owners for further information. We are also happy to consider mid week and long weekend bookings either on a late availability basis or during low season.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday although there may be occasions when this can be varied on client request. Check in time is any time after 4pm. Check out time is by 10am.

Living Rooms: 29.52m² comfortably furnished with dining table and 8 chairs, additional comfortable chairs and sofa/sofa bed, flat screen television, stereo and internet connection. Spiral staircase to upper floor.
Other: Coin operated clothes washing and drying facilities in basement. Also in basement: heated secure ski and boot lockers, secure space for storing mountain bikes and children's play area.

The apartment is serviced on a weekly basis (changeover day) and large Austrian pillows, duvets, duvet covers and towels are included.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is suitable for children and there is a children's play area in the basement. All the rooms are heated by underfloor heating regulated by individual thermostats to each room. The apartment offers a total of 83 square metres of living space (excluding the private balcony) and offers stunning mountain views.

Outside
There is a communal area outside the property which is laid to lawn, and an outside terrace which is shared with one other property. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and yet is just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Wagrain.

Skiing
Wagrain offers 860km of outstandingly prepared slopes and 270 modern lifts. Forests flank some of the worlds most glorious ski runs plus 220km of groomed trails for cross country skiers. The ski lift system, mostly with 6 and 8 man high-speed chairlifts, has weather protection canopies, leather seats and creates an unrivalled ski experience with minimal queues. The resort is complemented by state of the art snow making equipment to most major runs, and floodlight skiing in the resort of Flachau guarantees snow and long days of skiing. Further up the valley, a 5 mins journey from the Graffenberg lift, lies Kleinarl, connecting to Zauchensee by modern lifts over 2 mountain ranges. Between Kleinarl and Zauchensee lies a winter sport park and half pipe for snowboarders. The basics of skiing can be learned at the Wagrain Ski School and the Kids’ Ski World offers kids lifts, a tubing hill, safe space and a warm up hut. Make use of the Amade Water Worlds all weather pool nearby.

Special interest holidays
Over 140km of marked hiking and walking paths. Some ski lifts are open in the summer months.

Travel
Salzburg airport is 71km from Wagrain, approximately 45 minutes journey by car. Munich airport is 240km from Wagrain, just over 2 hours journey by car. Innsbruch airport is 250km from Wagrain. Distance from ports: 10hrs 30m from Calais (630 miles). The distances from Bruges and Rotterdam are very similar. Once you have arrived at the resort a car is not required. Public transport is efficient and plentiful. There is the opportunity to book excursions through the Wagrain tourist board office.

The apartment is situated 5 minutes walk from the centre of Wagrain.

Further details
The apartment is situated in the Kirchboden part of Wagrain close to the Flying Mozart ski station, Haar Trog and Kuhstall après ski bars, Sarastro disco/club and pizzeria, Ski school and ski hire shops and Spar supermarket. Also in the other direction from the apartment, it is approximately 400m to the 8 man Graffenberg gondola lift system linking Wagrain to Alpendorf, together with the hustle and bustle of down town life featuring several après ski bars, pubs, eateries of all styles, clubs, discos and other hotels.

Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and the non-refundable balance of payment is due 12 weeks before your arrival date. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances which may prevent you from travelling.

A service charge of Eur 80 is due on arrival, which is the cost of cleaning and servicing the apartment after your departure, to prepare it for future guests.
