Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts are available for long lets, please email for details. Large parties booking multiple small apartments will qualify for a reduction. There is a separate kitchen and dining room available free of charge for large groups staying in the small apartments, please book this at the time of confirming reservation and sending your deposit. There is an end of week linen cleaning charge which is calculated at £6.00 per person, minimum of £20.

Changeover day
Arrival and departure times are flexible to allow our guests to get the cheapest flights available. A large portion of our guest's book mid-week to mid-week as this is often the cheapest time to fly.

Coast/Beach
There are many lakeside beaches nearby the nearest being just 10 minutes by car and the Radstadt open air swimming pool with its 40 metre long giant slide is close by.

Golf
Adjacent to magnificent golf course at Radstadt directly overlooking one of the holes and only a short walk to the golf club. There is a 18 hole championship course and a nine hole practice course as well as 2 driving ranges and a putting area. Radstadt boasts the only golf course in europe with a cable car, which you need to take up to one of the holes. The views when walking around the course are truly magnificant.

Skiing
Ski Amadé is a vast, undiscovered ski playground and only a short drive from Salzburg airport. The collection of five regions is named in honour of the city's most famous son, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. It is skiing on a grand scale, a symphony of 860km of piste, 270 lifts and 25 resorts. All of the areas are massive in their own right - Salzburg Sportwelt which Radstadt is right in the middle of, Grossarltal, Schladming-Dachstein Tauern, Gastein and Hochkonigs Winterreich. It is impossible to ski them all on the same holiday – but you can have a go! Every single slope is on the same lift pass. And because access is so easy – there are many budget flights into Salzburg, and transfer is only an hour – you'll get to spend more time on the slopes. And this is skiing and boarding for all levels, and for all the family, from large, lift side nursery areas to tricky, testing blacks. Served by some of the most modern lifts anywhere – state of the art gondolas and 6-seater covered chairs.

Travel
Travel time from Salzburg airport is only 40 mins. At the airport there are many hire car companies from which to hire a car or if you prefer we do offer a full transfer service to and from the airport as well as to all the local resorts. A car is recommended if you wish to visit the different nearby resorts but not essential as we do offer transport to these resorts and there is a free bus service to all the resorts from Radstadt. The local ski area of Radstadt/Altenmarkt is only 850 meters.

Distances
The historic town of Radstadt is only 1.5km away. The large shopping area is much closer and will only take you 10 minutes walk, where you have two large supermarkets, a large clothing store, a drug store as well as a very large Intersport shop, where you can hire all your ski equipment in winter and cycling equipment in summer.

Further details
The medieval town of Radstadt lying at an altitude of a little less than 900 metres is considered a place with lots of snow and sun. The variety of activities opens a new dimension of experience to the tourist in all the winter's facets.
Radstadt can boast of its history: The Celts settled in this area in the 4th century B.C. The city charter was conferred in 1289. The strategic location and the blossoming trade have made Radstadt an excellent point of attraction for many visitors throughout the centuries. The late Roman city parish church, the gothic light column, the well-preserved city walls and round towers as well as the Capuchin tomb in the former monastery make us feel the pulse of history today.
The village, yet to be discoverd by the mass tourist industry, sits quietly in a valley with lots of opportunities for gentle cycle rides, or more vigourous hill climbs.
Radstadt itself is a beautiful village with small friendly bars and cafes as well as a disco, and with many restaurants in the village you will never be short of choice for eating and drinking.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made either via email or by telephone. A £50 non returnable deposit per week per person is required to book accommodation, with the balance being paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. When booking within 8 weeks of arrival the full rental charge is due immediately.
