The apartment is in a peaceful location and includes mountain views from the balcony. It is a mins walk to the Zeller Lake and the free ski bus which runs all day to various locations including the Kaprun glacier. The medieval town of Zell Am See is close by and offers a wide range of activities in both the Winter and Summer seasons. There are great restaurants and busy bars (for apres ski!) in the town centre and swimming facilities which include sauna and spa. In the Winter season the resort is bustling and the slopes offer skiing and snow boarding for people of all abilities. The apartment is cosy and welcoming and has a fully fitted bathroom and kitchenette with double hob, toaster, kettle and fridge. The living area is comfortable and a DVD player is available for use. There is a bakery and a supermarket down the road.

Skiing
A wide range of skiing facilities are close by. Famous skiing resort suitable for beginners to advanced. A variety of ski lifts and 3 base lift stations nearby (Arietbahn, Zell Am See and Kaprun Glacier). The Arietbahn is walking distance but can also be accessed via a ski bus. The ski bus stop is very close to the apartment and is free throughout the season. Ski hire and storage available at most lift stations and in Schuttdorf itself. There are several mountain restaurants and apres ski bars all around the area. Lift passes can be purchased at all lift stations. Ski school enquiries and bookings can be made at all lift stations. The Kaprun Glacier offers all year round skiing.
Travel
Nearest airport is Salzburg and transfers are approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Zell Am See is accessed by road, bus and train.
