Apartment has got central heating, situated on the first floor, with beautiful views of the mountains including the Kitzsteinhorn. Newly built in Summer 2007.

Golf
Within a short drive of 10 golf courses. The golf course of Zell am See is 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
Skiing
The region offers 130km of pistes and 54 lifts plus nearby skiing at Kaprun which includes the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (15 mins on ski bus included on ski pass and all year round skiing). The Super Salzburger Skipass also covers Saalbach-Hinterglemm offering a further 240ks of pistes and is only 15 mins bus ride away.

Special interest holidays
Very suitable for walking and cycling holidays in the Spring, Summer and Autumn. Adventure sports and White water rafting available locally.
Travel
Zell am See is located approx 75 mins drive from Salzburg airport or 90 mins from Innsbruck airport. Many airlines fly there but RyanAir currently seem to be offering the best deals. Car hire is available at the airports. There is an airport express bus link with Vorderegger bus company between Salzburg airport and Zell am See. The return journey currently costs 29 euros per adult and 14 euros for children. There is also a train link from Salzburg and Innsbruck main stations.
Distances
Zell am See is 4km/5 mins drive from Maishofen. Kaprun is 15 mins drive and you can make use of both ski areas with one LP which allowes you to ski the Europe Sport Region - ski shuttle bus is free. Golf course is 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
Further details
Supermarkets are reached in 3 minutes by foot from the apartment. A bakery is 3 minutes away by foot. Optimum Leisure Centre with a large indoor swimming pool and sauna area is situated in Zell am See, a 5 min drive or short bus journey from the apartment. Restaurants and bars between are 2 and 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Zell am See golf course is 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
