Our guesthouse is situated in the centre of Köstendorf with all it's traditions, local farmers, the local church halfway up the mountain, horse and carriage strolling through the village regularly, an absolute delight with breath taking scenery.

All prices in UK pounds and include bed, breakfast and evening meal. Prices are based on two sharing a double room and 4 sharing in a family room. Under 5yrs Free/5yrs - 14yrs Half Price (Based on 2 paying adults). Single room supplement 7€ PP/PN. (No single supplements between 29 Dec - 29 Mar)
Bikers, pets and large groups welcome. Happy hour 7pm - 8pm every night in our bar, evening food menu available.
Discount on large bookings and transportation to and from airports can be arranged.
Changeover day
Rooms are to be vacated 10am, we can store your luggage for you.

Children, pets, motorcyclists welcome. Central heating, travel cot available, en-suite room with bath available.

Car park and outdoor seating.
Coast/Beach
5 mins to Presseggersee lake (28 degrees) in summer for swimming.
Golf
New golf course to be completed 2008.
Skiing
Free ski bus (with guest card) from our village to Nassfeld (20 min) Olympic skiing resort, langlaufing from outside the door. Cycling and nordic walking routes, cycle hire shop 5-10 mins away.
Travel
Klagenfurt airport is 45 mins (Ryanair.com fly from Stansted). Slovenian airport in Ljubljana is about 80km or 1½ hour and our local train station is approx 1km away from Köstendorf. Salzburg airport is 2 hours (Thomsonfly.com fly from Coventry / Manchester / Gatwick / Bournemouth / Doncaster). Nearly all airlines fly to Salzburg during the winter period

We are situated in the village of Kostendorf between Villach and Hermagor, banks and main shopping facilities are in Hermagor which is 8km away.
