Notes on prices
Payment made accepted in Euros / £ STERLING, PayPal or by credit card. Upon making the booking a deposit of 300 Euros or £250 is required. Payment by PayPal or direct debit. Full payment to be made 10 weeks before the start of the holiday. A returnable security bond / deposit of 300 euro / £250 is required and returned 7/10 days after the end of your stay. Local tourist tax of 1.20 Euro per person per day over the age of 15 is required. Rental includes, bedding, towels for use in the apartment. Also cleaning included for apartment left in a tidy condition at the end of stay.
3% surcharge for credit card bookings. There is a small local tourist tax of €1.20 per person per day over the age 14, payable along with the holiday balance, converting to sterling where necessary.
Security deposit of £250 or 300 euros required with final payment, which will be returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment by our local agent after your stay.

Bedroom two sleeps two with two single beds, room has the use of the family bathroom.
Bedroom three has two single beds, in addition there is a settee / sofa which easily converts to provide a further bed making three. This bedroom also has the benefit of an en-suite shower room.
A further two sleeping places can be provided in the lounge with two sofa chairs quickly converting into single beds or a double bed.

Notes on accommodation
Residence Tauernblick Kaprun, is approximately a 10 minutes level walk away in the centre of Kaprun, the new 85 million Euro, Tauern Spa Kaprun is now open and is within easy walking distance. In the summer the lake at Zell am See is a great place to swim after a mountain walk / ski. Whether you visit in the summer or winter there is lots to see and do, from the apartment terrace there a fantastic views of the Kitzsteinhorn now with new mountain restaurant. Towels and bedding are provided for use within the apartment home, please bring your own towels to take to the pool & beaches at the nearby lakes. Outdoor seating is provided and there is a fenced off garden area, with a small children's play area close by. An underground car parking space is provide along with an additional external car parking place. There is an apartment private ski room store to store your equipment. Also coin operated washer and dryer for your convenience.

Location Information: Just over 1 hour away from Salzburg by train, coach or car. Kaprun is ideally located close to the glacier with Zell am See and its lake just a few miles away. The area is ideally suited for holidays throughout the year what ever your age. In the summer we would highly recommend the purchase of the Salzburgerland Card, which gives 6 or 13 days of access to over 190 attractions, which includes mountain lifts, spas, castles stately homes, swimming pools etc. The area is also a sporting Mecca summer and winter for skiing, walking, climbing, swimming, cycling, golfing, sailing, mountaineering, rambling and skating - with stunning views too.
