Hello, Welcome to Vienna, Our apartment is located in the city centre, in a top position, in the first district of Vienna. The house was built in 1902 and rebuilt after the war. The apartment is on the second floor (lift) and has the flair of a Viennese old building with a ceiling height of 3.30m. We have recently completely renovated and tastefully furnished. Two entrances provide different impressions. The main entrance at the “Passauer Platz” is located in close proximity to the church of “Maria am Gestade” and from the entrance “Salzgries” you can enjoy the view of historic Baroque buildings. Numerous shops for food, pharmacy, hairdressers, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity.

Notes on prices
Prices* up to 2 person: € 120,- /Night Final cleaning: € 0,- Deposit: 300 € (Credit card blocking) for keys, phone and possible damage. Prices include all taxes and charges, account booking in advance. The rent for the entire period is due no later than upon arrival. Prices are per night without meals, including electricity, heating and hot water, house and bed linen. Minimum stay: 3 nights For longer stays (4 weeks) price to be determined.
Payment: The agreed amount is paid in advance on arrival. For the key we charge an additional deposit of EUR 300, - (Credit card option) Reservations: The reservation is binding through your final reservation by mail, and our confirmation. Cancellation: Free! Cancelations up to 30 days before arrival are without charge. Cancelations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged with 30 percent of all nights. If canceled later, the full amount will be charged.
HOUSE RULES: General: The house rules apply to all apartments in these pages and regulate the basic conditions for all participants to enjoy a pleasant stay in a refined atmosphere. If there are separate house rules at the respective rental available on site, then these house rules form an integral part of the general house rules. The particular house rules that is posted in the apartments / houses are binding for the guests. With different regulatory issues,the house rules on site apply. The remaining points remain untouched. The owner reserves the right during the rental period to carry out inspections in the apartments.
