This newly refurbished two bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet part of town, it is less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of Zell Am See and just 200m from the City Express ski lift. It benefits from a balcony with incredible views of the lake, WiFi, Cable TV, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave and allocated parking. The sleeping accommodation is across 2 bedrooms (one double and one bunk bed room) and an extra 2 people can sleep on the full-sized sofa bed in the lounge - maximum 6 people. A travel cot is available if required. You will also have access to a basement locker to safely store your ski equipment.

Linen and Towels are provided for 10€ per person, an end of stay apartment cleaning service for 60€ and a local gov. tax is paid by all visitors to Austria. These fees are payable locally at the beginning of your stay when collecting the apartment keys.

Outside
Large balcony with incredible views over the town and lake. There is also an allocated parking place with the apartment and a secure locker in the basement.

Golf
The 36 hole golf course is just 10 minutes away by car or bus.

Skiing
The City Express gondola is situated just 200m from the apartment and takes you up to the Schmittenhohe Mountain where you will find fantastic skiing and great mountain restaurants.
Similarly, the bus stop is just 300m if you wish to ski on the glacier at Kaprun.

Travel
Salzburg Airport is just over 1 hours drive away by car or there is a regular train service to the centre of Zell Am See.
Munich Airport is a 2.5 hour drive away.

Distances
The town centre of Zell Am See is less than a 10 minute walk away where you will also find the lake.
Salzburg just over one hour away.

Further details
Many good varied restaurants and bars in the town centre along with supermarkets, banks and shops.
