The village of Alpbach lies on a sunny plateau 1000 meters above sea level at the end of the Alpbach valley. In 1983 the village, famous for its flowering balconies, pleasant meadow land and stunning mountainous backdrop, was awarded the Most Beautiful Austrian Village award. Alpbach also caters for winter sports enthusiasts with a ski area offering 45 km of marked runs and fantastic powder and off piste areas.

Notes on prices
The prices stated are based on two people per night in an apartment with one sleeping room. Infants up to 2 years stay for free. Children up to 12 years 8 per night. 13 years plus 10 per night. Apartments with 2 or 3 rooms are on request. Breakfast can be booked at a cost of 7 per person, per day. Cost for final cleaning is 30.--
Local tax per person (from 15 years on) per night is 2.--

We prefer Saturday, but on request also other days.

Outside
The apartment has a balcony to the south.
There is also a garden with outdoor furniture and deck chairs.
Skiing
Our guest house is only 10 walking minutes away from the centre of Alpbach. From there every 20 minutes ski buses run to the gondola station.
By car it is only 5 minutes driving distance from our house to the gondola station.
At the lift station we provide heated lockers for ski boots and skis (free of charge).
Special interest holidays
In summer Alpbach and the area is really nice for walking and biking our mountains.
For walking we offer maps and we like to inform you about our mountains.
For biking we offer also maps and guided mountain bike tours (please see our website).

Further details
In the centre of Alpbach there are different restaurants, supermarkets, banks and shops.
There is also a doctor with a pharmacy just 5 walking minutes from our house.
