A cosy 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a traditional Austrian chalet. Superb central location within easy walking reach to all that Zell am See has to offer. The ski lifts, lake and town centre are a few minutes walk, the swimming pool is closer still. In summer, Zell has a lot to offer, with walking trails, biking, canoeing and 2 championship golf courses nearby. Of course there is all year round skiing at Kaprun (20 mins bus ride) on the glacier. Fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars are all well within walking distance.

Golf
Play golf and enjoy the spectacular scenery at either of the 2 championship golf courses, between April and November. Located between Zell and Kaprun.
Skiing
The ski area above Zell is well suited to all levels of skier. There is all year round skiing on the glacier at Kaprun, which is linked to Zell and forms the 'Europasportregion'. The city express gondola, located in the centre takes you straight to the heart of the 'Schmittenhohe' ski area.
Travel
Salzburg airport is the closest airport, located 45 miles away. There is a regular direct train service from Salzburg central station to Zell am See. Regular bus services are in operation. Car hire is available from Salzburg airport. Taxi transfers are also available.

Zell am See is a bustling all year round city. It has all the necessary amenities, such as banks, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy.

Payment is preferred in Euros paid direct to an Austrian account. Payment can be accepted in Sterling. A 30% deposit is required on booking and the remainder in full 6 weeks before arrival.
