Notes on prices
Our prices are per person, per night in euros. This includes the local tourist tax. the cost of a stay is from 29/32 Euros this is from April - 14 September.

Changeover day
We are very flexible on our changeover days. It is your holiday so if you need to start it midweek then that is fine by us.

The Guest house Kitty (B&B) Pension

All bedrooms have double beds. 2 rooms all so have sofa beds. All rooms have wc, shower, And all have a balcony. All rooms have a refrigerator. All rooms have a kettle to make hot drinks.

Notes on accommodation
We have heating in all rooms. All rooms are of a good size.All the rooms have WC/ shower and a nice Balcony. Children are welcome as we have a large garden.

Accessibility
We have one step down to get in to our property form the road. It is 16cm. We have 2 rooms on the ground floor both
Have showers they have a step up of 17cm. We have 4 rooms on the first floor to this floor there are 17 steps. Please email us if you need more info. We are very happy to help.

Outside
We have a large garden that boasts one hundred year old grill that we use most weekends. We have a large patio that you can sit out on and have a cold drink or 2. We have sun loungers in the garden. And we are just 150m away from the Lake.

Coast/Beach
Lake Wörthersee, Austria - we are just 4 minutes walk from this breathtakingly beautiful lake, blessed with a sunny southern Alpine climate and stunning scenery. Known as the 'Austrian Riviera', clear, warm Lake Wörthersee has something for everyone. Getting around is easy with local buses, trains and, of course, boats to give you access to the villages that dot the lake shore and the many attractions and activities on offer.

Golf
There are also 5 x 18-hole golf clubs and, Karntner Golf Club Dellach is a world famous golf course situated some 700m above sea level giving the most beautiful views of the lake Wörthersee and its surroundings. Special interest holidays
Walking: many miles of well-marked trails surround the lake, from gentle walks along the lake's edge to climbs through the surrounding foothills to smaller mountain lakes. The 'Hohenrundweg' is a complete circuit of the lake through the foothills which you could attempt to walk-in sections! About two hours walk from Reifnitz is the Pyramidenkogel viewing tower (only accessible by foot) with breathtaking views of the entire Carinthian lakes district. By using the excellent local transport, the scope for walking is virtually endless! Guided walks are available. Water sports abound with swimming, sailing, rowing, electrically powered boats, pedalos, and fishing, water-skiing and windsurfing all on offer! There is a cycle path running the whole length of the northern side of the lake from Klagenfurt to Velden and plenty of mountain biking in the foothills on both sides of the lake.

Travel
We are in an ideal location in Pörtschach, only 15 minutes away from Klagenfurt Airport. You can get a hire car at the airport, We are just a short walk from the train station, and if you need, we can pick you up. Ryanair continues to fly to Carinthia! Ryanair and Klagenfurt Airport are pleased to announce the longterm continuation between London-Stansted and Klagenfurt. The summer schedule is now on the Ryanair website.

Distances
We can pick you up from the airport if you need as we are just 15 minutes away. We are also just a short walk from the train station
And the Congress center. You have a wide variety of places you can go and all within 20 minutes drive. We are in the central part of the lake so you can drive to Klagenfurt / Moosburg / Velden / Villachall

Further details
Pörtschach is a good place to relax, but also offers good water sports and walking. There are a number of good restaurants and shops. There are 2 banks. Pörtschach offers a vast diversity of all kinds of sports, fun. The Velden Casino is not only highly appreciated by those who like to play roulette, in the evenings three times per week in June, July and August, Velden hosts a spectacular sound, light and water show. The region of Lake Wörthersee is always an adventure, throughout all seasons and 365 days a year.
