This apartment will comfortably cater for up to 5 people with additional double sofa bed and single guest bed in the living area. The living area can be separated from the rest of the apartment by a curtain, and so can be considered as a second bedroom. Please visit our website and view the floorplan for an accurate layout.

All apartments have a southerly aspect with wonderful mountain views.

The ground floor apartments are very accessible with open layout, however some narrow doorways and steps prevent the accommodation from being ideal for wheelchair access.

The beautiful St Michael Golf Club can be reached in under 5 minutes by car or along the river route by bicycle. It is set in a truly peaceful location amongst the mountains and the river Muhr.
There are golfing opportunities all year round including options for Ski and Golf in Winter.

The wonderful Lungau Valley provides the perfect place for vacation time, enjoying little in the way of mass tourism and promoting a wonderful friendly atmosphere throughout.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We are very keen Winter and Summer sports enthusiasts and the Lungau Valley offers us everything we want to do from our very own doorstep. The house is in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location, but within very easy reach of the motorway and central to the whole valley and all it has to offer. The towns of the Lungau are picturesque and there is very little in the way of mass tourism. It really is a paradise.

Unique benefits of the property
Our property is one of the most prominent of our neighbourhood with the most fantastic southerly views of the valley and surrounding mountains. It is far enough away from the town that it is peaceful but close enough to be convenient for the shops, buses, etc. We have modern as opposed to typically traditional apartments that are well-equipped and spotless with a large garden area to play in or rest.
