Apartment has a balcony with amazing views up and down the valley. Also has a kitchenette with hotplates, fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. Small corner dining area, with space for 4. New sofa beds and washing machine will be available early 2008 as will broadband after hotel refurbishment.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts available for longer stays (2 weeks+) and also for repeat guests. Payment accepted via PayPal to make life eaiser for our international guests!
Changeover day
Usually Saturday, but there is flexibility.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and balcony access. Bedroom 2/living room has 2 sofa beds. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom has a bath/shower over, WC and heated towel rail. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and storage. Washing/dryer machines are available within the hotel (when it is open) but will be in apartment from December 2007. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge room has a TV & DVD player, dining table and storage space (wardrobe & drawers). Local piste and walking maps are provided. There is a payphone in the hotel. Mobile phone reception is excellent in the apartment and local area. |
| Other: | Balcony has lighting and seating for 4 with lovely views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Sun bathing deck is available on the roof terrace. When hotel is open, use of sun terrace is recommended for coffee/cakes, drinks etc. |

Towels and linen are included, further provisions can be arranged via the hotel reception desk. |

Accessibility
A car is strongly recommended as hotel is 20 min uphill walk from village. Wheelchair users will have no problems within the hotel. There is a lift to the apartment, and doors are suitably wide. The balcony has a small lip (access via a patio style door) but has presented no problems in the past. Owner has mobility issues
Outside
Pool is located in the hotel complex, 3 floors down, as is the sauna, ski & boot room. Also you can hire skis and mountain bikes from the hotel (or at the sport shop in the village - all can be arranged via the hotel reception).
Skiing
The hotel is close to the Dachstien West ski-area. A free ski bus leaves the town square every 30 minutes during the daytime (8am - 6pm). When the hotel is open, there is a shuttle bus which operates 2 or 3 times a day and connects to the ski-bus.
Special interest holidays
Mountain biking excellent - major events are based in the village, with many competitors staying in the hotel.
Travel
Nearest airport is Salzburg approx. 1.5 hour by car/coach. The 150 bus from Salzburg railway station leaves every hour and costs approx 10 Euros. You can also fly to Linz and catch a train (very scenic!) which takes approx 2 hours and costs 15 euros.
Salzburg and Linz are served by Ryanair from London Stansted.
NEW - Thomson Fly operate a daily service to Salzburg from Coventry and London Gatwick - return flights can cost as little as £40 including taxes!
Distances
The apartment is very near to the world-famous Ice Caves and Salt Mines at Hallstadt. These are very popular and are a 10 minute drive or train ride away. The view from the cable-car is awesome.
The picturesque areas of St. Wolfgang and Fuschl are a 30 minute bus ride away.
Further details
Locally (in the village) there are many bars, supermarkets, shops and banks. Walking down to the village in summer is very recommended, especially via the paths through the forest!
