This spacious (78 sq.m), 3 bedroom apartment (suitable for up to 6 people) is in a traditional-style Austrian apartment building. The balcony offers a great view of the World Cup piste. The nearest ski lift is within 300 metres and the ski bus stop is just outside the building. Flachau's many restaurants, bars and shops are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally a Saturday, but other days can sometimes be arranged. The apartment is available from 16.00 on arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. It may be possible to store luggage if you arrive early or leave later.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has central heating. There is a ski/boot/cycle room on the ground floor. Car parking (for one vehicle) is to the side of the building. Additional vehicles can be parked at car parks in the village. No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.

Accessibility
The property is, unfortunately, not suitable for those with mobility problems.

Coast/Beach
The nearest lakeside beach is 2 km from Flachau.

Golf
Nearest golf course is at Radstadt - a 10 minute drive from Flachau.

Skiing
The delightful village of Flachau is at the heart of Ski Amade, which boasts over 850km of piste, 275 lifts, an extensive network of snow cannons and many fine mountain restaurants. Ski Amade is the largest single-pass ski area in Austria. Flachau is in the Salzburgerland region of Austria.

Travel
A 45 minute drive from Salzburg Airport or a 2.5 hour drive from either Munich Airport or Linz Airport.

Further details
Summer activities include walking, cycling (the 280 km Enns cycle path runs through Flachau), mountain biking, swimming, rafting, high rope course, horse riding, golf, tennis and zorbing.
In addition, Flachau is an ideal base for sightseeing in the area. There are many lovely villages nearby and a 45 minute drive takes you to the city of Salzburg with all its historical and cultural attractions.

A security deposit of 150 euros is required to secure the booking. This will be returned in full upon notification by our agent that no breakages or damage have occurred. The rental charge must be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental.
