Additional Charges: 120 min. final cleaning charge. 1.10 Local tourist tax per night stay per person over 15 years. 12 Bedlinen & towels per person (or guests may bring own if they wish). Shorter stays during low season considered (min. 3 nights) - please enquire for prices. 10% discount for 2 weeks at same price booked together (except Christmas and New Year).

Saturday during high season. Flexible during low season.
Arrival after 3pm and departure before 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Tastefully decorated to a high standard with all modern amenities offering excellent accommodation for family holidays in both winter & summer. Heating and electricity is included in the rental price. This is a no smoking house and we kindly request that our guests smoke outside on the terrace or balcony. Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed.
Outside
Private garden with surrounding views of the mountains. Large terrace with garden furniture and gas BBQ (gas-small additional local charge). Parking space for 3 cars - One covered car port and two additional car spaces.

Two championship golf courses located nearby. Zell am See-Kaprun Holes: 18 hole:6802 SSS:72. Zell am See-Kaprun 2 Holes: 18 hole: 6625 SSS:72.
Skiing
The Chalet is located beside one of Austrias finest ski resorts - the Europa Sport Region of Zell am See-Kaprun. An idyllic family friendly resort with exciting and varied activities available in Winter and Summer. Ski slopes suitable for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. These two neighbouring ski resorts (one ski pass covers both resorts) offer over 130 km of groomed slopes, 54 ski lifts and all year round skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier at Kaprun.
Travel
Nearest airport is Salzburg (100km approx.) - 1 hr drive.
Munich International Airport (213km approx.) - 2.5 hrs.
Car hire is available at both airports.
By Train: Direct services to Zell am See train station from Salzburg and Munich.
