Our newly renovated apartments have modern design, are nicely furnished and are suitable for 1/6 persons. The house has an elevator.

Our house is very conveniently located. Stations for trams '62' ,'65', and '18' (Kliebergasse station) and Underground line 'U1' are near the building. Sud Bahnhof (Train Station - South) and fast train stations (schnellbahn) 'S1','S2', 'S3', 'S15' are within walking distance.

Further details
You can reach all points of interest in Vienna within 15/20 minutes by public transport. Stephansplatz (the city centre) and many other sightseeing places and cultural centres are within 15 minutes walking distance. In the neighbourhood you will find many shops, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops.

Booking notes
30% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Remainder is due on arrival. We accept payment in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

In the case of cancellation more than 3 weeks prior to your agreed arrival date, we convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for a year & can be used for another booking of our apartments.

If your cancellation is made within 3 weeks of your agreed arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposit.
