The apartment is ideally situated for skiers with the main telecabin situated just 5 minutes walk away, a minimarket/bakery 50 metres down the road and restaurants and hotels 100 metres away. Yet we are located in a quiet cul de sac with minimal passing traffic and the beautiful Andorran hillside just metres from the front door! Absolutely perfect for a family or group ski holiday- and also fantastic in the spring and summer with endless walks, spectacular lakes and waterfalls, adventure activities and local fiestas.

The property is on the first floor of an apartment block and is accessed through a front communal door then either a staircase or lift.
Skiing
Apartment close to main gondola in Soldeu.
Special interest holidays
In Summer there are mountain biking courses with different degrees of dificulty starting from the top of many ski lifts. Great walks are to be had across andorra to hidden lakes.
Travel
Andorra best accessed from Barcelona Airport 2.5 hours drive. Perignan airport 2.5hours drive.
