Aizenay self-catering villas are just a short distance from the Vendee coast, where you’ll be able to enjoy some of the best beaches in the country. They’re expansive, have gentle slope and are generally well kept and clean, both onshore and in the water. There are also excellent facilities here, and the gentle slope of the shoreline makes it perfect place for younger children to have a paddle. Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie is particularly inviting, and lies only 20 minutes from Aizenay holiday cottages. For a fun day out try the Puy du Fou theme park, which features historical reenactments and shows with staggering production values. Further away from Aizenay farmhouses, to the west, is Futuroscope, a multimedia amusement park with numerous rides and 3D movies.
