Individual Property
- A full page advert promoting a single villa, apartment, house or chalet.
- 20 photos - to highlight the best parts of your property.
- Calendar - an easy to use calendar which clearly shows the availability of your property, and means your property will appear prominently on Advanced Searches for available dates.
Multiple Unit Property
A Multiple Unit Property is a group of 2 or more properties sharing the same plot of land or apartment complex. If your properties are in different locations, not sharing the same plot of land, then you will need two separate advertisements. The maximum number of units than can be shown on a multiple advertisement is 4.
How does a multiple unit property advert work?
- You receive a full page advert with space for a description about each unit
- 20 photos - to highlight your properties
- A calendar for each unit
- A listing within the "grouped properties" Advanced Search results
How much does a multiple unit property cost?
The cost of a multiple unit property is the standard advert cost + £49 per additional unit for a 12 month advertisement or + £35 per additional unit for a 6 month advertisement.
Bed & Breakfast / Guesthouses
If you run a Bed & Breakfast, once you have registered, choose the "Bed & Breakfast/Guesthouse" form to input your advert. If you offer both self catering and Bed & Breakfast accommodation, please choose a "Multiple Unit" form according to the number of different accommodation units you provide.
How does a Bed & Breakfast listing work?

- 20 Photos - to promote your property
- Your property can be found through the country search or via the dedicated Bed & Breakfast search page. Bed & Breakfast searches are also promoted on the homepage.
