What are featured listings?
A featured listing can be purchased to supplement your existing advert. This offers you the chance to give your property extra exposure for only £39 (+VAT) per month, any month of the year. In addition to being listed in the search results, your property will appear prominently within a specially designed area at the top of your region page - like this. Your property will appear in rotation with other featured properties. For just £30 more per month (£69 +VAT per month), your property can also appear in rotation on the Owners Direct homepage.
How will my listing appear?
The featured listing section within the header of your region page can display up to four listings at any one time. Each listing will be shown as a thumbnail photo with a caption detailing its location. Travellers can click on your listing and will be taken directly to your advertisement.
Our homepage slot is a prominent box showing a single listing. All homepage featured properties will be rotated in a randomised order at regular intervals. As with the region page, a traveller can click on your listing to be taken directly to your advertisement.
How many times will my listing appear?
The region page can show up to four listings at a time. In the event that there are more than four featured listings in a region, listings will be rotated at regular intervals. Each featured listing in a region will receive equal prominence.
The homepage shows one featured listing at a time. Listings will be rotated at regular intervals.
Featured listings will begin showing on your region page/homepage from the date of purchase for one calendar month.
How much are featured listings?
One calendar month featured listing on a region page is £39 + VAT.
One calendar month featured listing on a region page and our homepage is £69 + VAT.
