This spacious fully air conditioned apartment is set in a private complex, with a telephone entry system. It has two private pools including a children’s pool and is a ten minute walk to the beach, main shops and restaurants. It is perfectly situated just behind the busy resort of Playa d’en Bossa, by car the airport and Ibiza town are less than 10 minutes away.
The stylish living and dining area includes flat screen television, dvd. This apartment features a large private roof terrace complete with dining table, chairs and sun loungers perfect for alfresco dining and private sun bathing, access is via a spiral staircase on the apartment balcony.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

Family holiday

Really happy with this property. Clean and spacious with a huge private terrace on the roof. The beds were comfy and firm, and the AC worked well which was a godsend during a very hot week! Close enough to Playa den Bossa to walk there. Would definitely recommend booking it if anyone considering this apartment.

Great spacious apartment with roof terrace

The apartment is in a quiet location yet a quick 10 minute taxi from the airport or old town. You can walk to the beach in around 15 minutes and all clubs are easy to get to. There is a Spar nearby which is fine for short break food and drinks etc. The apartment itself is very clean and modern and more spacious than expected. The two bathrooms and air conditioning was a bonus, as was the huge roof terrace! The pool was nice too, and very quiet. I would recommend the apartment as it is quiet, has more space than ones in the centre of town and is reasonably priced. Steve is also great as the host!

Great stay at this comfortable apartment

We had a great week staying at this apartment, which is located about a kilometer/ 10-15 mins walk from Platja d’en Bossa. The booking process was simple and communications friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze, with the super helpful Emily there for any questions we had. The bedrooms were excellent for our group (mum, dad, two teenage boys and a younger daughter) and the air con a a godsend in the heatwave conditions!! The apartment was very clean and well presented, plenty of cutlery etc, kettle and toaster, even a stock of basics such as tea, oil, pasta etc. We really appreciated the washing machine!! Outside, the apartment has a small balcony outside the French windows which was a perfect spot for breakfast, and a huge roof terrace with sun loungers and a table where we ate a couple of times in the evenings, and had our own sundowner party (mocktails for the kids!) which was really fun. The block itself is well maintained and seems to have lots of permanent residents, and was lovely and quiet in the evenings. The block benefits from a lovely pool which was only really busy early evening - in the mornings we had it pretty much to ourselves. Parking is right outside. You could manage without a car, but to explore the island or do a big shop (Lidl and Aldi less than 10 mins drive) we would recommend hiring one - even at the current crazy prices. A couple of times we walked into town, about 35 mins although we stopped for drinks and ice creams along where way, or to the fab restaurants at the beach. Ohana Ibiza was our favourite. For basics, a pretty well stocked Spar is 5 mins walk around the corner. Overall I couldn’t fault our stay. We took advantage of the option for a late checkout ($20/hour after midday) before heading to the airport (which by the way has amazing shopping and food after checkin/ security - and was lovely and cool!)

Amazing property and great communication

This apartment is so lovely and exactly what we needed. It’s a bit set back from the busy strip but not too far to get to the clubs. The private roof terrace was incredible and the pool was warm at all times. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment, quiet residential location.

The apartment is great - it’s well equipped, clean and modern with good air conditioning. The checking in and out was easy and Emily was very helpful. The best feature is the private roof terrace which is fantastic for sunbathing and chilling out in the evening . The pool is lovely but there are no sun beds so it’s really just for swimming. It’s a residential block so it’s very quiet and a little bit of a walk from the main street and the sea, it’s situated between Playa d’en Bossa and Figueretas. Our only issue with the holiday (which isn’t related to the apartment) was the lack of public transport in Ibiza so you have to walk or use taxis if you don’t have a car. There is no reliable way to book a taxi so you have to flag one down on the street which is ok if you aren’t rushing to get somewhere - like the airport! If we had stayed longer we would have rented a car.
