Lovely family cottage style holiday house in Rock with large garden and plenty of parking. Attractively furnished with 6 bedrooms in the house sleeps up to 6 and the annex sleeps a further 4 if required. 3 bathrooms in the house and 1 in the annex. Living room with log fire, wifi. Close to Rock village, sandy beach, watersports, ferry to Padstow, coastal walking, golf, surfing at Polzeath, restaurants, shops.

Rates quoted are for the house only, if you wish to rent the annex as well ( 2 further bedrooms, 1 bathroom, games room) there is an additional charge of £400.

Very accurate listing, quiet and convenient location a short walk to the beach and restaurants in Rock and short drive to other areas too. House well kept and lovely quiet and private garden.
