The apartment is located in one of the main streets of Alghero, less than 5 minutes walk from the historic center and the port. Recently renovated, the apartment is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in all rooms, double glazed windows, mosquito nets, internet, washing machine, dishwasher.
Two bedrooms, a large bathroom with 120 cm shower, lounge with kitchenette and balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed. In the living area is a sofa bed with a single gesture turns into a comfortable double bed.
A balcony in the living area, complete with tent features a table with chairs. The apartment also features a garage, which is essential in such a central area. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
First floor with elevator, the apartment is close to all kinds of services: supermarkets, shops of all kinds, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Inside you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything for children, even for small children: cot, high chair, accessories for the bath, laundry and games.
Guests can also bicycles, umbrellas and beach towels.

1. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT FLEXIBLE CHECK OUT AND CHECK OUT. Guests can leave the apartment after the usual check-out time if no other guest has to arrive the same day. Possibility of early check in if the apartment is ready. I live two minutes walk from the apartment. So it is very easy for me to get to the apartment if needed

3. on arrival you must pay a deposit of 150 euros, refundable to the ceck out in the absence of damage to the apartment
