Bright luxury apartment with three balconies for up to four people located in the heart of the historical distric of the Austrias (Plaza Mayor).

It is a property of 77 m² (828. 47 ft²) with ceilings 3.70 m (12 ft) high decorated with the utmost care and fully equipped to guarantee the best accommodation experience. Air conditioning through all the property.

The property is perfect for couples, friends, business trips and families with kids above 12 years old.

The apartment is on the third floor (serviced by an elevator) of a historic building of 1850 which has been completely restored recently.

It has a large living room with two balconies, sofa, fireplace; dining table up to six people, coffee table; Smart TV with Netflix and Satellite TV. Independent Air Conditioning System Cold / Heat

The first bedroom has a balcony, Pc working area, ceiling fan, independent Air Conditioning Systeme Cold / Heat; Smart TV (Satellite and Netflix) and a complete ensuite bathroom;

The apartment is very well located in the middle of the main attractions in town. Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel are just some steps away. On a walking distance you can reach Puerta del Sol (5 min.), Opera Square (5 min.), The Royal Palace and the Cathedral of La Almudena are just at a 10 minute walk. The popular gastronomic market of San Miguel is at a stone's throw away.

The pulsating neighborhood of La Latina and it's famous flea market of Sundays is only at a 10 minute walk from the property.
Prado Museum and Thyssen Bornemizsa Museum are at a 20 minute walk.

Madrid elegance - a beautiful apartment in a wonderful city

My friend and I had never been to Madrid before and on our arrival at the apartment we were greeted with such warmth and friendship we knew we had found the ideal place to stay and were going to be very happy. The apartment is beautiful and charming. It is decorated so elegantly and tastefully and has everything you could possibly need. In fact once we had unpacked it felt as if we were ‘at home’ . Miguel and Adrian have thought about everything to make their guests feel welcome, from their wonderful selection of information on places to go and things to do, to a fridge stocked with day to day basics and a lovely welcome bottle of wine....so very thoughtful. The apartment is also in the perfect location, adjacent to Plaza Major, which made finding our way around so very straightforward. The wonders of Madrid are literally on your doorstep and there are so many wonders to enjoy. I hope to return to Madrid and I can think of nowhere else I would rather stay. Thank you

Superb apartment with exceptional hosts in the middle of Madrid

We greatly enjoyed this stylish apartment with its high ceilings and luxury fittings. The location was very central and some Easter processions went right past our balconies. Miguel and Adrian were excellent hosts who provided Easter treats and wine when we arrived and supplied the kitchen and fridge with everything we needed. They were especially helpful when we arrived to find some roads closed for Easter. They provided advice by phone to the taxi driver and then met us and helped us with our luggage into the apartment. We have travelled a lot and this was one of the very best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in.

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in an ideal location at Plaza Mayor. The owners have furnished the apartment nicely and have included lots of small details that really make the stay enjoyable. They clearly want you to have a great time. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

5 star apartment

The apartment is wonderfully positioned just off Plaza Mayor. Its very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Its a lovely touch to leave a box with tea, coffee etc and to have milk, wine and beer in the fridge. Very welcome not to have to rush out to find a supermarket on arrival. I really cannot find a single fault with the apartment and would highly recommend it.

It tick all boxes! Ambiance 5/5 Authenticity of photos 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Host 5/5 Location 5/5 Walking in this apartment is like walking into a show room. It's like from one of the Interior magazines. It is very well equip and has many nice small touches like extensive travel guides, nice soft bathrobs, well scented rooms and etc. Miguel also provided us a selection of cookies, beers, wine and a bottle of sangria! All the details and soft touches plus the beautiful decor gave us the 5 star luxury and class experience. Everything was well thought and that provided us the comfort that we needed. Miguel was very friendly and warm. He even waited for us even before I called him to the meeting point. Always checking if all went well and helpful. I can't ask for more from Adrian and Miguel. This property comes highly recommended.
