About this property

Our accommodation is an ideal choice for surfers, divers, honeymooners, singles, couples, and or families looking for a place to enjoy a calm and relaxing time. They are also ideal for the adventurous explorers who want to experience the true sense of the culture and rustic part of Mauritius. Admire the most stunning sunsets over the Indian Ocean from our balcony as well as a panoramic view of the mountains surrounding the bungalows on three sides. Shops, restaurants and transport are just a short walk away. We have three individual, self-catering, en-suites, each is a double or twin bedsit with covered balcony.

Paradise on budget

There is nothing not to like about these 3 ground floor apartments gathered around a middle sized pool. A very quite spot so a car is necessary and one of those epic beaches are 7kms away. Great supermarket 3 mins drive and this complex also has a restaurant Favoured by locals from terrace can see the ocean and reef.

Top endroit , comme à la maison

Loin de la foule , au calme avec vues sur la mer et la montagne , piscine à 5 mètres de la chambre , climatisation ok , wifi au top , et si vous êtes chanceux vous serez seuls Pas de télé , voilà mon seul reproche Laura est peu être la fille la plus gentille de l' Île , merci

Séjour très agréable

Belle location bien équipée. La piscine est de bonne dimension. Le ménage quotidien est fort appréciable. Une voiture est souhaitable pour profiter au mieux des environs. Nous la recommandons chaleureusement.

Wunderbar zum genießen und entspannen

Unser Aufenthalt im Marisa Residenz war super. Wir hatten uns viele Ausflüge in die Berge vorgenommen aber wir sind häufig lieber in dem schönen Garten mit dem Pool und den vielen Vögeln geblieben. Der Kontakt zu Helen und Laura war perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

The bungalows are located in the rustic part of the island and ideal for a relaxing time and to experience the real culture of Mauritius. The people are always friendly and willing to help and you have a feeling of being safe.
