8 Treglyn Farm Cottages is a Peaceful 2 bedroom Cottage situated in outstanding countryside at Treglyn Farm, near to St Minver, Rock, Polzeath and Padstow.
Set in large , safe, communal gardens with its own private seating area and gardens to three sides. The Cottage is tucked down a private lane, away from traffic, making it a quiet and child friendly location with plenty of surrounding space. Purchased in 2014, fully refurbished with the addition of a new kitchen and bathroom.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 kingsize.

A fantastic family holiday

We booked to stay at the property before the covdi-19 pandemic. Debs was in contact with us throughout to inform us of any updates she had regarding our trip ahead. We were lucky enough to be able to go ahead with our family holiday and having this fabulous property to stay in just made the holiday perfect. The cottage was extremely clean and tidy. We were welcomed with a lovely welcome pack of homemade scones, cake, jam, clotted cream- everything needed for a perfect cream tea! Debs provided stair gates and a highchair as we have young children. Everything you need was at the cottage. The cottage is situated in an ideal location to explore popular areas. We have already booked another holiday here next year and we can't wait!

A wonderful week

We were very sad to leave 8 Treglyn Farm Cottages this morning after a wonderful week. It is a beautiful property which is so well maintained and well stocked that it really felt like home from home. Debs is so helpful and attentive that we felt we could have asked her anything had we needed to but there was nothing more we could have asked for. The location of the cottage is also perfect. The beaches and beautiful towns of North Cornwall are all easily accessible. We definitely hope to return again!

Five star holiday accommodation

Really nice holiday cottage. So clean and comfortable and well equipped. Very good location 2 miles from Rock and very close to Padstow and many beautiful sandy beaches. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

We live only an hour away from the North Cornwall Coast and were really excited to be able to purchase the cottage for our family to use as a second home.
Our children love the Cornish beaches and are keen surfers so this peaceful, safe cottage is perfect for us all.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to buy a property near to the surfing beaches for our children, whilst satisfying the rest of the family with fabulous coastal walks, restaurants and some peace and tranquillity. Whist we are a stones throw from Padstow, Rock, Polzeath and surrounding attractions, the property is set in a quiet, safe rural setting, away from hustle and bustle. There is plenty of space for the children to play, woods to explore and a sunny aspect to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

We have just finished refurbishing the property. We have installed a new well equipped kitchen and bathroom, redecorated throughout and furnished from new. All beds and appliances are brand new. Free Wi Fi is provided.
