There will be a total refurbishment in September in the same style as 'The Old Rectory' Hastings and the 5 star B&B 'Swan House' Hastings. Wilton Court is convenient in its location with the safe beach just across the road. It is minutes’ walk from the De La Warr Pavilion, Park, many shops, great restaurants, bars and the station, with free roadside parking. Bexhill is fabulously situated for those wishing to explore the wonderful Sussex coast and towns, historical sites, National Trust properties and walk the beautiful countryside or play golf. It is well serviced by trains and buses. The flat is a lovely place to stay, decorated to a professional standard with comfortable quality furniture, furnishings and mattresses. We want you to relax and feel at home with a high spec kitchen, flat screens, free-view, DVD, CD radio, free Wi-Fi. For the a complete ‘boutique hotel’ experience we provide premium linen and towels. Sorry no smokers or pets, not suitable for children 8 and under.

    Bedrooms:
    Both bedrooms are carpeted and have double beds, wardrobes, seating and flat screen TV’s with Freeview, CD and DVD playing facilities. Ipod docking and bedside clock and radios are also in place as are hair-dryers. High quality mattresses and furnishing

    Bathrooms:
    The lovely new white bathroom with electric shower, bath with handles, toilet, hand basin with cupboard under and heated towel rail. This a lovely bright room with a double sash window. Complimentary toiletries are provided

    Kitchen:
    The all new kitchen has a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer dryer, electric grill pan, hob, extractor and multifunction oven and fridge with an icebox.
    A well equipped kitchen with everything you will need.

    Utility Room:
    The flat has a hair dryer, laundry washer/dryer, iron and board. Cleaning materials are also in the flat for the convenience of guests. Good coat and luggage storage space.

    Living Rooms:
    Bright with side on sea views, seating includes comfortable sofa (bed), futon chair, cabinet, lamps and side tables. Dining table for 6 with chairs. Equipped with flat screen TV radio, Freeview, CD, DVD playing facilities. DVDs, free WiFi, books & games

    Other:
    The internal hall of the flat has a roomy area that can be used for sports equipment, suitcase storage, shoes and coats.
    Gas central heating and hot water are included in the cost of rental.

    Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
    Premium linen and towels packages are included. One luxury bath and hand towel per person. Kitchen towels and cleaning are included in the rental cost. Clients are asked to leave the flat tidy.

    Accessibility
    The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a Victorian building. Its entrance lobby has 3 steps up from entrance door (with handrail). A small, reliable lift provides access to the 3rd floor. The property can also be accessed by three flights of stairs from the entrance hall. Property would not be suitable for wheelchair users or persons unable to evacuate via the stairs.

    Outside
    The building overlooks a lively promenade with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, sailing boats, beach huts, a high tide shingle shore and low tide rock pools and sandy safe beaches located directly across the Marina from Wilton Court.

    Important notes on accommodation

    The price quoted includes all costs for up to 4 people using linen for two beds and towels for up to 4 people. A discount of 10% applies to stays of 4 nights or more when the booking only requires linen for 1 bed and towels for up to 2 people.
    We are happy to accommodate arrival day to suit guests. Guests are welcomed from 3pm on day of arrival and will need to depart by 10am on their departure date which allows for the flat to be prepared for the next guests. If these times are problematic please speak with us.
    The bright and spacious flat has beautiful refurbished low silled Victorian windows which combined with a short flight of internal step we fear present a safety risk for young children and we therefore only accept bookings for older children 8+. The flat has good mobile phone network connections and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
    There are supermarkets and high street shops, banks and a post office and a lovely Park, minutes walk away. The 3rd floor flat is serviced by a lift.

    Notes on prices
    A 10% discount applies for stays of 4 nights or more when only one bed and towels for up to 2 people are used. The rental price quotes includes heating, cleaning, tea towels, Wi-Fi and linen for two beds and towels for up to 4 people. The use of an additional bed and linen, taking the occupancy up to 5 or 6 is charged at £15, towels at £5 pp. per stay. A £150 security indemnity deposit is required on booking which is not refundable if the booking is cancelled.

    We are happy to accommodate arrival and departure days that suit guest's requirements, dependant on availability.

    Booking notes
    A £150 refundable indemnity deposit is required to secure dates. Your booking will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of the booking form. The sum is not refundable in the case of cancellation. The remaining amount is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Personal cheques, money orders, credit cards are accepted.

    Coast/Beach
    There is access from the building to the beach and the sailing club across the road. The beach is shingle at high tide, providing a relatively quick entry to swimming depth, without any dangerous currents. At low tide rock pools and sand appear. Wilton Court conveniently has coffee shops, bar and restaurants are street level. Bexhill is an ideal location to explore East Sussex coast and beaches including, Eastbourne, Rye, Hastings, Beachy Head, Brighton and Camber Sands.

    Golf
    Golf courses can be found close by at Cooden beach and Highwoods, Bexhill. Beauport Park 18 Hole Championship Golf course is a short drive and in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just outside of Battle. There are Golf Courses in Camber, Sedlescombe and Cooden Beach Golf Club is nearby. Youngsters can also enjoy the Pitch and Putt on the sea-front at Hastings.

    My Partner and I have a passion for luxury seaside holiday homes. After already successfully running a beautiful holiday home in Hastings, which we now live in, we decided to buy this lovely two-bedroomed Apartment in Bexhill-on-Sea.

    I am an Oncology Nurse in London and my Partner Lionel, is a successful clothing and interior designer, who already owns two boutique B+Bs in Hastings; 'Swan house' and 'The Old Rectory'.

    Bexhill is extremely relaxing, and a great 'holiday getaway' location, which allows us to unwind in a stunning location by the English Coast.

    Why this location?

    We decided to purchase an apartment in Bexhill because Lionel's parents have lived here for some time. We got to know the town better and had fallen in love with the location. It is in a fantastic spot,2 minutes walking distance to the De la warr Pavilion, many shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach!
