Mojones. The villa is a 3 bedroom detached traditional villa, furnished in traditional decor. It has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (which is ideal for 3 couples or 2 families) and a separate wc. It consists of a beautiful bright entrance hall leading into a fantastic large lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player with over 50 movies plus Sky TV. A separate dining room, well equipped kitchen and a utility/drying area with washing machine. The outside area has a large sun terrace with ample patio furniture for the all important alfresco dinning and sun loungers to soak up those fantastic sun rays. It also has an outside fridge, BBQ, poolside shower, 9x4 metre private heated pool, a 19 jet American jacuzzi/hot tub and a Pool table. The villa also has hair dryers, a user friendly alarm, key safe & house safe and off street parking. Plus Free WIFI.

Family Holiday

We stayed at this villa for 10 nights in August with our 4 children, 12, 13, 14 and 14. We deliberately chose it for the outdoor space and it was absolutely the right choice for us. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen. It took us around 20 minutes to walk to the beaches and main area of the town and around 15 minutes to get to the Old Town. There were always a lot of taxis around the main areas but we were happy to walk, although the walk home is uphill. The layout of the villa gave everyone their own spaces with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Any queries we had were answered promptly by Sean, whose details were available in the comprehensive welcome pack. The welcome food package left for us was very much appreciated and well thought out and overall this is one of the most well equipped villas we have stayed in. The pool area with pool table and dart board was perfect for our teens and we used the bbq on a couple of occasions. Initially we were worried about the lack of air con but each bedroom had a fan and with the Lanzarote breeze and windows secured with grilles we were able to sleep well with windows open and fans on, even through a heatwave. Towels were changed on day 7 of our break and the only improvement we could suggest is that a change of sheets could have been left too. Overall however, the villa was exactly what we hoped it would be and we had a fantastic family holiday.

Nice villa in lovely area

Great outdoor space, off street parking, sky TV, fab pool, really peaceful. Only builds I would make are ; villa wasn’t cleaned the 11 days we were there ? Only one bath towel each for 11 days so had to wash daily. Only one tea towel. Villa felt a bit tired and could do with a freshen up. No aircon I imagine will be tough in summer months. Communications from owners great - we had a problem with the alarm which was dealt with straight away.

Great Villa Great Location

This villa was really lovely and in a great location! Well equipped and clean ! I would definitely stay there again , just a couple of things for feedback considerations! The doors leading to pool area were really stiff and had to use force to open but was apprehensive as I didn’t want to cause damage! On villa information it said we would get a visit from the agent , this did not happen at all , not that this is a problem but do not say and then not deliver, Welcome pack was greatly appreciated and would highly recommend this wonderful villa

A well equipped villa within an excellent secluded location, some of the bed frames are quite squeaky which is a little irritating however it doesn’t take anything away from what was an extremely memorable holiday. Thank you

We are a family from London (originally from Ireland) and have been coming to the Island for the past ten years and have just purchased this stunning villa. We fell in love with the Los mojones area because of it's quite tranquil and relaxing settings and yet only 10 minutes walk to amenities. We have 5 children ranging from 7 to 28 years old and they all love the Island too. This beautiful villa was owned and kept in first class condition by the previous owners and we aim to carry on where they left off. We come here 7/8 weeks of the year and never want to leave, so we hope you will choose our "home from home" and experience the same as we do, in our fantastic new venture.
